Pros:

Les lits étaient confortables. L’hôtel semble plutôt récent et c’était bien propre.

Cons:

Fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain mais impossible de comprendre d’où ça venait. Chambre à l’étage donc pas vraiment de possibilité de s’installer autour de la piscine sans être chez les autres. Le prix des transferts et excursions bien trop chers par rapport à l’extérieur. Pas de peignoirs / serviettes pour la piscine.

Pros:

Points forts : emplacement parfait, petit déjeuner varié et hôtel au charme cosy. Mais la vraie valeur ajoutée, c’est Monsieur PHAN ! Très à l’écoute, il a rectifié notre erreur de réservation en nous surclassant, permettant à toute la famille de passer un agréable moment à Luang Prabang. Nous recommandons vivement.”

Pros:

Great location walking distance to everything. Facilities were perfect and very clean. Shout out Mr.Pam ( I think that’s his name) very friendly and helpful throughout our stay even held our bags overnight when we left.

Very thin doors, can hear a lot at night.Didnt like the fact receptionist was always playing on his phone. Anyone could have walked in at any time. We walked in the front door on numerous occasions and he was just staring down at his phone screen playing games and didn’t even acknowledge who we were

Excellent value for money all round
Pros:

The welcome was warm, the room was clean and smart with a balcony above the pool, the swimming pool, lit up at night, was the perfect way to unwind after a long dusty bus journey. The owner, Mr Phan was exceptionally helpful with some little but important tasks I needed help with.

Cons:

Nothing about the hotel itself but be careful because there are several hotels with the same name, just a different number, looking the same too, and it is easy to get them confused. Be sure the hotel you go to is the same as the one you have booked, especially if you are telling a tuk-tuk driver etc.
