Great location with parking a bonus

Great location a little bit of difficulty booking in but very easily resolved with a quick phone call. Bed super comfy!
Tea and coffee facility was a little lacking could have done with more milk and coffee. Fridge was a little smelly when opened it but didn’t really use it. Blinds a bit awkward and a lot of road noise but didn’t take earplugs with me so no issues. Perhaps leave complimentary ones in the room.

Having to keep windows open due to putrid sewage/drain smell coming from bathroom. So had disturbed sleep through road noise. Coffee machine not working. Only 2 tea bags. For 2 adults for 2 nights. Dirty sharp mattress base. Stained headboard. Showing not turning off had to get help! Smell of cannabis in entrance and on stairs. No cleaning during stay. No loo paper. I could go on. I contacted booking.com last night for refund
The décor was beautiful—soft, natural and stylish, with the feel of a high-end boutique hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there was enough space between the bed and the desk for me to enjoy my morning yoga session. The shower pressure was excellent, and I absolutely loved the choice of shower gel and shampoo. Such lovely touches!
The only downside was that the place felt a little like a ghost town. I had expected the rooms to be above a lively pub, but there didn’t seem to be anyone around at all. I understand the nature of the business and that there are other pubs and restaurants nearby, but as a solo traveller, it would have been lovely to come downstairs, have a beer and enjoy a little company. Returning to such a quiet, empty building felt slightly isolating.
Great location, very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again as close to everything but without any noise

Bit of an unusual entrance
The location was excellent and the parking space was a great addition.
Walls were not soundproofing.

Would stay again because:
- Comfortable, clean accommodation with FREE town centre parking.
- Great location (especially good for Theatre Severn)
- Nice decor and spacious room
- Nice shower and toiletries.
- Oat milk provided as an alternative.
- Traffic noise that was expected due to location was not dreadful.
- good communication prior to stay, especially regarding access to parking and keys.
Things which would upgrade a good stay even further:
- a full length mirror
- more generous tea/coffee supplies, but it was lovely to have a Nespresso type coffee machine
- larger towels.
- checks to ensure bedding is not marked (black/ orange marks) and previous guest’s rubbish is removed.

Great value. Lovely big bathroom. Free parking.
Bit grotty. No mattress protector. Thin blinds so gets very light very early, bring an eye mask. Its a bit like being in a uni halls of residence. Lots of road noise.
All apart from there was only 1 coffee ☕️ pod and one milk. Not a big deal but. ??

The location is good - just over the Welsh bridge.
Spacious and clean room.
Shower room very clean and again a good size.
For those not used to keypad entry a mention of the open padlock symbol after the code would be helpful. It was quite hard to see and we had to help some other guests who were struggling to get into the property.
Chairs, hooks and a table between the beds would have been handy.
Shower room extractor didn't seem to work in the triple room.
It was a comfortable, clean room in a central location.
For the money we thought it was good.
Central location, free parking (the video helped, so thanks for sharing), comfy bed, plenty of wardrobe space, nice shower.
The bin in the shower room had not been emptied so had previous occupant’s sanitary product in there, stained bedding, shower gel was empty. There is no one to contact at the place, you are literally left to your own devices. So despite emailing upon arrival, I never got a response!
