Αντιμετώπιση ενός Έλληνα πελάτη από ξενοδοχείο στην Αιδηψό

Δεν έμεινα οπότε δεν μπορώ να απαντήσω.

Cons:

Η αντιμετώπιση του υπεύθυνου του ξενοδοχείου.
Ενώ είχα κάνει κράτηση, μόλις έφτασα (και όχι νωρίτερα) μου είπε πως το δωμάτιο δεν μπορεί να μου το διαθέσει για λόγους που δεν τους πίστεψα.
Σύν τοίς άλλοις ήθελε να με βάλει να μείνω σε ένα δώμα,επάνω στην ταράτσα του κτιρίου,το οποίο δεν είχε μόνωση,και θα έπρεπε να πάω και με τα πόδια διότι δεν ήταν προσβάσιμο με το ασανσέρ.
Δεν χρειαζόταν να ακούσω η να δω κάτι παραπάνω. Έκανα ακύρωση αμέσως και έμεινα αλλού.
Του εύχομαι ολόψυχα καλες δουλειές αλλά να δείχνει στους πελάτες του καλύτερη και κυρίως πιο ειλικρινής αντιμετώπιση

Pros:

Foarte curat, zona foarte buna aproape de plaja, micul dejun delicios, camera arata foarte bine, propietarii ne au ajutat foarte mult pe parcursul sederii. Ne vom intoarce cu siguranta🙂

Καζανακι 1ο οροφου δεν ειχε πιεση Τα σεντονια ανα 2 ημερες αλλαγη Ρεσεπσιον δεν ειχε μονιμα ανθρωπο εκει ..Και η τηλεωραση ειχε θεμα με τον ηχο πικαρε...στις 23 του μηνα ειχε και πολυωρη διακοπη ρευματος απο 02.30-10.00 Ευτηχως ευνοησε ο καιρος

Pored izuzetne higijene u hotelu i u sobi, kao i lokacije samog hotela, posebno bih pohvalio domacine Kostu i Ivanu, koji su nam pruzili sve korisne informacije o celom ostrvu.
