There wasnt anything to be liked if you are going to stay there , no facilities , even the ac was not working properly and no clean washrooms

everything was great. the room was modest, but clean and cozy. the staff were very amazing , they found out that it was my birthday on the day i checked in and gave me a small cake! 😍😍😍I was absolutely delighted!! recommend this place

Arrogant and rude host
Pros:

Nothing. They confirmed my booking and then when I was rest assured that hotel is booked, they sent an email to pay half amount. I never check my emails regularly and I missed that email. They didn't even bothered to call and inform the same to me. I called them after reaching Rishikesh and they told me that the booking stands cancelled. I asked them to cancel it on booking.com but they refused stating that we will not. And today I see that my stay was shown complete but I never even stayed there. This is unacceptable. Rishikesh was having so much rush that I was unable to any hotel or hostel at that price again and have to pay too much extra to get stay in that night.
