Pros:

想像以上にお部屋が綺麗で快適に過ごすことができました。チェックイン前に荷物を預かっていただき、事前にお部屋の室温も調整されていてお心遣いを感じました。リファのドライヤーも嬉しいサービスでした。コーヒーやお茶だけでなくハーブティーのパックの用意があるのもポイントが高いです。駅からも歩ける距離、近くに無印やスーパー、コンビニもあるので困らないです。また茅野に行く時は利用します。ありがとうございました！

Cons:

バスタブつきの部屋に泊まったのですが、洗面器があると嬉しかったです。
