Excellente adresse
Pros:

Excellent accueil. Emplacement permettant de tout faire à pied. Très bon petit déjeuner avec un grand choix et grande plage horaire. Chambre grande avec tout ce qu'il faut : table et lampe de chevet . De nombreuses prises électriques. Une salle de bains avec une douche italienne. Bref, une excellente adresse.

Pros:

Отличный гостевой дом! Номера большие, чистые, просторные, неплохой завтрак, персонал приветлив и доброжелателен. Для нас расположение было идеальным.

Cons:

Все было хорошо, немного не повезло, что был у нас номер возле ресепшн. Тут иногда уж слишком громко разговаривали, не давая уснуть.

Modern place in a good location
Pros:

Location was great, very clean, quite spacious, bathroom was super modern and the shower was great. WiFi worked well. The lady on reception during the day was a great help, spoke really good English and recommended a really nice самса place.

Cons:

It was fairly dim inside as there's only one window.

The lock on the door is battery operated. Mine ran out one night. I had trouble opening it at night. The night receptionist came to help and eventually I got in. But the following morning I woke up at around 6 to the door beeping non stop. I told the night receptionist and he kinda just shrugged and said I'd have to wait until a technician came several hours later. Meanwhile it's beeping nonstop and I can't even go out now because I can't re-enter the room afterwards. (Eventually the lady from the day reception changed the batteries, but it wasn't for another several hours). Would've been 10/10 if the night receptionist had just done that himself.

В целом, мы довольны, хоть цена не соответствует качеству, но жить было комфортно. Улучшите завтраки и почините мелочи -
Pros:

Уютный номер, очень комфортная кровать, в номере чайник, чай, кофе, вода. Шторы блэк аут, кондиционер хороший 👌 С утра птички поют) Атмосфера, как будто приехали к родственникам погостить) Чисто👍

Cons:

Было сломано окно и два раза приходилось просить помощи персонала, чтобы его закрыть плотно. Розетка в санузле была выдернута из стены, так и не сделали, хоть я просила. Также слышимость сильная внутри, из номера детально слышно все, что происходит в коридоре. И завтраки скудные, разнообразия нет, вареных яиц ни разу не было, баурсаки и лепешки всегда жесткие, сыр заветренный. Есть кофемашина,но в ней нет американо. И молока в ней тоже нет))

Pros:

Удобное расположение в центре города. 10 минут ходьбы до центральной площади и парка. Рядом ресторан и спорткомплекс " Булак". Приятный персонал, отличные завтраки как обеды. Советую безусловно.
