Stayed here while on tour with my band. Excellent room with a fantastic view, comfortable beds and good service. Quick and smooth check-in as well as check-out. If I alone, or with the band, ever end up back in Newcastle again, this is where we'll stay.

Pros:

The location was what we liked about the property

Cons:

Electrical wires exposed behind the mattress, the toilet wasn’t attached, had to get it fixed. Wasn’t fully secure after, the room was tiny for a family room with en-suite. The shower glass was loose.

Good night's kip and everything we needed
Pros:

Very very comfortable bed. U get what u pay for in these sort of places, stayed here for 2 nights staff were friendly had everything we needed and had a good couple of night's sleep, what more do u need!!!

Cons:

In need of a refurb, very dated carpet and bathroom. Toilet rocked when sat on, fowl smell in some of the corridors.
