Las instalaciones estaban limpias y el personal fue amable.

Cons:

El lugar no es pet friendly. Me cobraron un porcentaje adicional de la reserva por mi perro. Si no aceptan perros, que avisen que no son pet friendly antes de realizar la reserva.

Habitación amplia

Cons:

Olía mucho a humedad. Lo comentamos y jos pusieron un deshumidificador que perdía agua, pero no bos ofrecieron un cambio de habitación.
En recepción nos hicieron esperar como 10 minutos para que la recepcionista calculara el 5% de comisión por pagar en tarjeta.

Close to the train station, comfortable beds

Cons:

Wasn’t any windows, too noisy during the day and night, bathroom wasn’t clean, promised a early breakfast in box so I could go hike and I didn’t get one, barely was someone in the reception, I had to check in almost a hour late because the bedroom wasnt clean and don’t answer chat in booking

La posizione era ottima!

Cons:

La stanza era sporca, senza finestra (situazione non segnalata nell’ annuncio) e con al porta che non chiudeva (situazione risolta il secondo giorno di soggiorno dallo staff). Molto rumore in quanto
è attaccata alla reception e all’ingresso. La colazione è stata servita in dosi completante diverse nei due giorni di permanenza

No, hubo una araña en mi habitación y las ventanas estabab con telarañas, a parte que pague por el desayuno incluido y ni me pudieron atender eso. su personal deja mucho que desear. La toalla era una piedra.
