Every things inside without food
Pros:

This is a three star hotel as per t booking.com..but there is no restaurant n gym n bar..you have to clarity this factor. Because without restaurant it's difficult for t traveller to get good food..

I had a one night stay. The room was good, facilities also good.
Pros:

The location is in the heart of the town, but entrance is congested and has only a limited parking spot. The food provided was excellent though it is supplied by an outside vendor

Cons:

No EV charging facility. Parking is limited. The front staff are ignorant of any nearby EV station.

For an overnight stay, good choice.. Carrying towels and bathroom slippers would be good.. location is very good..
Pros:

Good Location, Parking, Spacious rooms

Cons:

Hygiene of the pillow covers, blankets and towels, no hot water in shower, very low water pressure, bathroom experience is not so good.. no restaurant and they offer packed breakfast without any good coffee..

Just Ok, for a one night stay, if you don’t have a choice!
Pros:

Big rooms, Aircon was good, Bed was good. Location is perfect. Ample parking space.

Cons:

Small cockroaches (many) in the room, informed the person who helped me check in, but did not take action. Bathroom had a smell like the room was not utilized for a long time. There is no in-house breakfast in the hotel, it was supposed to be ordered and the hotel buys from nearby restaurant. So even a coffee or tea if you want is not available in the premises. This breakfast details were not informed during booking.
With all these inconveniences, I had to shift the hotel after being there for one night and yes, causing a loss for myself which I had prepaid for 2 nights.
