Pros:

Colazione buona e varia. Stanza carina e pulita. Personale cortese. A pochi passi dal centro di Istanbul e vicino a bar e ristoranti. L'hotel si trova su una strada molto silenziosa.

Cons:

Abbiamo chiesto due volte che la tv fosse riparata ma senza successo. La vista dalla camera purtroppo non era bella. La palazzina davanti è fatiscente.

Прекрасный персонал,и вкусный завтрак

Cons:

Холодильник не работал, кондиционер тоже,обещали сделать,но не сделали,дети кричат под окном с утра, рядом площадка волейбольная,комаров миллион и никакой защиты на окнах,просили номер с балконом, но там просто решётка была)

Hotel se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji svega 10 ak minuta od Aja Sofije, ,Ahmedije,...Velikog Bazara...Sve pohvale za osoblje koje je jako ljubazno. Sobe su čiste i uredne. Dajem ocjenu 10....Ako budemo ponovo dolazili sigurno ćemo opet odsjesti u ovom hotelu...

Персонал очень отзывчивый и приятный. У нашего сына был день рождения и мы попросили сделать ему маленький сюрприз на завтраке. К сожалению на завтраке не удалось, но потом к нам в номер принесли очень вкусный и красивый торт со свечами. Сын был очень доволен!!! Спасибо вам огромное за такой сюрприз ❤️
В номере уютно, кровати большие и удобные, есть кондиционер (пульт правда мы не нашли). Есть небольшой холодильник, что очень удобно. Уборка номера каждый день, так же приносят воду, есть кофе и чай.
Местоположение- близко до большинства достопримечательностей.
У нас был ранний выезд и мы не успевали на завтрак, нам сложили с собой сендвичи и воду, что очень нам понравилось. Так же можно воспользоваться трансфером от отеля!!!! Не делайте нашей ошибки, мы заказали такси, так как писалось, что такси дешевле, а в итоге на 25 евро заплатили больше ((((
В следующий раз будем пользоваться трансфером)
Все понравилось, вернулись бы еще!!!

Inhaber und Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit; Lage super, Zimmer ruhig aber renovierungsbedürftig.
Pros:

Super Lage um die blaue Moschee, Jagia Sophia und Topkapi Palast zu besuchen.

Cons:

Im Bad war einiges desolat. Die Glasplatte über dem Waschbecken fehlte, es gab zu wenig Haken um etwas aufzuhängen und die Silikonfugen waren sehr laienhaft gemacht.

朝食会場が明るくて雰囲気良い。
対応女性も感じが良かった。

Cons:

最寄トラム駅からのアクセスが坂が多いが、ここに限らずイスタンブールは坂が多い。

空港バスの最寄バス停がフロントで確認出来ず、分からないという返事。確かに書込みでスルタンアフメットのバス停は無くなったと見た覚えがあり、適当な返事をしないのは評価する。
自分でHabaistのアプリで確認したが、グーグルマップと少しだけ違い、運転手さん達が手を振って教えてくれ良かった。

排水が良くないのか、室内に臭いが入る。

Cons:

W pokoju w którym się znajdowałem nie działała klimatyzacja. Pomimo działań personelu w tym temacie przez cały czas pobytu klimatyzacja nie działała prawidłowo. Klimatyzacja chodzi ale nie chłodzi. Pokój który mi przydzielono był mniejszy od deklowanego podczas dokonanej rezerwacji.

Spun ca au parcare privata dar in fapt nu exista , am plătit parcarea unui vecin de lângă hotel , iar camera in care am fost cazați (103) are nevoie de recondiționări .

Просто рекомендация, взгляд со стороны: за окном засохшее, мёртвое дерево. Как-будто вид из окна первого этажа станет веселее, если этого дерева не будет)

Pros:

Buona posizione, 10 min a piedi per la moschea blu leggermente in salita.

Cons:

Quello che penso sia il titolare, affabile e bravo a gestire i problemi. Di contro la prima sera ci hanno spostato in un altro hotel vicino, meno pulito anche se forse un poco più nuovo perché la camera si era allagata. La sera successiva l’abbiamo passata al Kumru hotel, nota negativa hanno lasciato personale non parlante inglese in reception e non ci hanno dato la camera con letti separati anche se avevano confermato la richiesta. Il titolare si è scusato regalandoci una bottiglia di vino turco, apprezzato il gesto. Consiglierei comunque di gestire meglio le ferie del personale parlante inglese anche se ci sono giorni festivi, almeno uno in turno deve rimanere. Colazione tanta varietà, la presentazione un po’ meno accattivante,l. Per quello pagato comunque ok, allo stesso prezzo ci tornerei (170€ per 3 notti, 2 persone)

Locatie, ontbijt en rustige omgeving.
Pros:

De locatie is prima, dicht bij belangrijke toeristische plekken, maar ook lokalen situaties. Alles prima te lopen. Het ontbijt is royaal en op tijd. Water kun je gewoon in de ontbijtzaal bijtappen indien gewenst.

Cons:

Alles was goed, bakkamer had wat schoner gekund, maar geen probleem op zich. Kwam wellicht omdat het putje niet goed doorliep....
