Good quality
Pros:

Clean, nice little hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast buffet was 10. Good location for walking around Istanbul. Kumkapi is more interesting than Sultanahmet area. Affordable prices. Recommended.

Cons:

The air con was a bit noisy for a small room.

Bom custo benefício
Pros:

Passamos apenas 1 noite então o custo benefício valeu a pena. Tivemos um pequeno imprevisto com o ar condicionado e o pessoal do hotel foi muito solícito em resolver e ainda nos proporcionaram um late checkout por causa do problema do ar condicionado.

Para quem quer ficar perto das mesquitas, a localização é sem dúvida um ponto alto. Muitas lojas, restaurantes, mercados ao seu redor.

Però sobretodo destacaria a todas las personas que hacen posible que nos sentieramos como en casa, recepcion, personal de limpieza, la mujer que nos atendia en los desayunos, desde aqui le mando un gran abrazo❤️ !!!

I expected more of the hotel after the excellent rating it was given on your website.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and it was affordable. The organization of the transport was excellent!

Cons:

The room, bathroom and shower was very small. And the toilet was too close to the shower to move properly. The surroundings of the hotel was not very clean or nice. It was very very noisy too. The breakfast was the same every morning. I expected more for the 4 star rating this hotel was given.

Pros:

Excelente hotel familiar, muy central y cerca de los monumentos o mercados😊. Las habitaciones muy limpias con cambio de toallas todos los días y cada día nos pusieron agua. Really nice place to stay
Pros:

It's very nice place, well located. Breakfasts were good, huge variety of food every day. The stuff is nice and helpful.

Cons:

There was a problem with closing windows, it needed a lot of strength to close. Our room was on the ground floor, next to the lift and reception, so it was a bit noisy in the mornings, when people (other guests) where talking.
