Me gustó TODO! La habitación es muy cómoda, la cama, el AA, los espacios; hay un espacio para todo, para trabajar, para descansar, para ver TV; el servicio ha sido lo mejor; te sientes en casa ♥️
Gracias al señor Luis y la señora Luz, son excelentes anfitriones… sin duda en mi próxima venida a Cali q necesite hospedarme en el sur regresaría!

The hotel is immaculate. Exceptional staff and very attentive to detail. I would highly recommend staying at this facility.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't really like is the fact that it's quite a few miles away from the main attractions of the city. Other that that it is an exceptional place to stay for peace and tranquility.

Muy mala experiencia!!!

Nada rescatable, tal vez la amabilidad de un señor que no sabemos quién era, que más que amable parecía estar pidiéndonos disculpas por la incomodidad de estar ahí.

Cons:

El hotel estaba en reparaciones...al parecer éramos los únicos ahí.
El frontis lo estaban reparando dando la impresión, al llegar, que el hotel no estaba en funcionamiento.
Al ir a desayunar no había ni una taza puesta, la niña nos dijo que no le habían dicho que había personas que iban a dersayunar...plop!!! El desayuno extremadamente básico.
Debieron anular la reserva pues el hotel no estaba en condiciones de recibir a nadie.
La ubicación es mala, extremadamente lejos de los atractivos turísticos de la ciudad.
Nos cobraron un precio excesivo para las prestaciones recibidas.
El baño de la habitación minúsculo, muy incómodo.

La amabilidad y atención del personal, la limpieza. Tenía pico y placa el día de la salida y me permitieron dejar el carro sin costo adicional mientras daba un paseo por la ciudad. Excelente todo
