Pros:

It was a great adventure
Pros:

The staff are friendly and responsive. Good healthy breakfast selection.

Cons:

There needs to be harmony in pricing between what is charged for online bookings and physical rates at the facility.

The first night was unpleasant due to loud nises from the chicken in the neighboring property and the kitchen downstairs. The location also wasn't appropriate for a family with young children. I appreciate that they were considerate enough to move us to a more quite and pleasant location for the other 2 nights.

The food was excellent, with delicious meals and great attention to quality. What truly stood out, however, was the warm, friendly, and professional attitude of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable.
Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would happily recommend Lake Elementaita Manor to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great food, beautiful ambience, and exceptional hospitality.

Cons:

Es gab nichts Wesentliches zu beanstanden. Insgesamt hatten wir einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt.

Pros:

The staff was very nice

Cons:

The pool area had construction. The hotel is not directly on the lake. There was loud noise from the generator we moves rooms. The new room ran out of hot water. Bed was very firm and towels were hard.
