全員が満足でした。
Pros:

清潔感があり、素足で館内を歩けたことトイレもどのホテルより大きく、使いやすかったです。フロントのスタッフもとても親切でした。

お風呂の脱衣所の保管箱を工夫して欲しい。ホテルのイメージにマッチしていなかった。

역과 가까워서 좋았고, 노천온천이 좋았습니다. 야식 라면이 너무 맛있었고 조식도 훌륭합니다.

Ein hochwertiges Hotel mit Stil, Tradition und tollem Essen
Pros:

Es handelt sich um ein gehobenes, traditionell-japanisches Hotel mit Onsen-Bad auf dem Dach. Die Zimmer sind vergleichsweise groß und sehr komfortabel und sauber. Der Onsen verfügt über eine Sauna und hat auch ein Bad unter freiem Himmel. Das Frühstückbuffet ist außergewöhnlich gut, es handelt sich um ein japanisches Frühstück. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass die Mitarbeitenden extrem zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit waren. Ich hatte versehentlich etwas Falsches gebucht und sie haben mein Problem wirklich sehr schnell und super gut gelöst. Ich bin dafür sehr dankbar und würde immer wieder in dieses Hotel kommen. Die Lage ist auch super, man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Kanazawa von hier aus gut erkunden.
