Pros:

お部屋がいつも清潔感を感じます・

Cons:

湯舟に低い手摺が欲しい。太い大きなポールのようなものでは手摺にはならない。就寝時のエアコンは室温が変動するように感じ、よく眠れなかった。5回目の利用ですが、料理の質が落ちたように思えた。イクラの粒がとても小さかったり、お刺身の鮮度もあまり良くない、ヒレ肉もヒレと思えません位硬かった。

とても心に残る良いものでした

スタッフの対応　館内が全て畳で寛げたこと　お誕生日の記念日旅行だったことに対してお祝いメッセージの手紙をラミネートして部屋に置いてくださり　又　眺望の良い高層階をご準備いただき感激いたしました　是非　別施設も利用したいと思います
