Lack of understanding whoever you call & whenever you call you go through who doesn't even understand what you want, even a small word teeth brush or shaving kit is hard to explain until unless I walk downstairs reception myself to explain and still didnt get until translation being used.

Purtroppo per le nostre tempistiche di visita non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina ma é bello sapere che ci fosse. Letti comodi. Ascensori veloci. Colazione varia sopratutto per la parte salata con tanto di chef per cucina espressa. Presenza dello stendino in bagno.
Camere un po’ vecchio stile (moquette, colori), da rinfrescare diciamo, anche in bagno una parte a fianco della vasca era “allagata”
Cindy and the hotel staff were all very friendly. Whenever I had any questions or requests, they did more than what they had to do to meet my needs. I felt very welcome and well-taken care of, and they exceeded my expectations.

I only stayed there for one night. Room was nice. Really enjoyed ordering and getting delivery from the hotel robot.

Really nice, clean hotel with great location and friendly personnel. As a family of 4 we enjoyed our stay. For sure, will be staying in this hotel if I visit Guangzhou again.
The only problem is the name of the hotel. There are couple of Leeden hotels in Guangzhou, make sure you know which one exactly you need when are trying to get directions to and from hotel.
