The room was very small for a double and the bed was rock hard, very difficult to sleep on.

The room was small but adequate for a solo traveler. However, it lacked basic amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, and air conditioning

Up 2 floors despite 2 e mails asking for lower floor. Reception did carry cases up. Walked into bathroom from hallway, then through to bedroom!,, I’ve NEVER seen that before. Everything was extremely tired and not clean( except bed linen, it was fine ( or we would not have stayed) dust everywhere, furniture , handles etc all slack, thankfully we didn’t need to put any clothes in a drawer. Curtains falling to bits, ,linings had big areas cut out? Why. Wet room was exactly that, a death trap, slippy tiles, worse when wet, had to use one of the only two towels to stand on for risk of falling. Thankfully only had one night here or definitely would not have stayed. Other rooms may have been better but room 11 , just say NO.

It was unwell kept, loud and uncomfortable.

Das ganze Haus war mit einem elelhaften Teppich ausgestattet, der extrem stark gestunken hat. Der Boden, die Fenster, alles war dreckig. Zudem hat es im GANZEN HAUS aber VOR ALLEM IM ZIMMER EXTREM EKELHAFT GESTUNKEN. Es war nicht definierbar, aber eine Mischung aus Urin, Kot und Abwassergestank. Der Gestank ging auch beim Lüften nicht weg, das Zimmer stank ständig ekelhaft und selbst die Kleider, die IM Koffer waren, haben gestunken. Es war beinahe unerträglich!!!!!! Das Bett war genauso hart wie der Boden, hätte der Teppich nicht auch so ekelhaft nach Urin gestunken, hätte ich auch gleich da schlafen können. Die stinkenden und staubigen Vorhänge hingen bei der Ankunft halb auf dem Kopfkissen, weil das Bett direkt unter dem Fenster steht. Auch das war extrem eklig, deshalb schliefen wir dann verkehrt herum im Bett. Im Badezimmer gibt es keinerlei Trennung zwischen Duschbereich und dem restlichen Bad, das heisst: nach dem duschen (auch wenn man sehr vorsichtig ist) ist alles komplett nass!

Ostrzegam. Sprawdzajcie materace. Pogryzly mnie pluskwy. 2 noce ponad 30 ugryzień. Po pierwszej nocy pogryziona dłoń, pomyślałam ze komar.... po 2 dniu bylo tego coraz więcej i więcej bo pluskwa gryząc robi znieczulenie i dopiero po 2-3 dniach po ukąszeniu zaczyna swędzieć i puchnąć miejsce pogryzienia. Zrobiły sie obrzęki. Po powrocie 6 dni antybiotyk. Prosiłam hotel o zwrot za pobyt za wyrządzone szkody i cierpienie. Niestety po 10 prośbach kontaktu stwierdzili chyba ze to standard bo tylko odpisywal automat ...skontakt sie z nami.

DO NOT BOOK TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

From the moment we arrived, the experience was awful. Despite me speaking fluent English, the first thing I was asked was whether I spoke English, which felt very odd and unwelcoming.

We were checked into Room 6, right next to reception. The room was filthy. The carpet looked stained and mouldy, the light wasn’t working properly, there was what looked like a marshmallow floating in the toilet, and the inside of the kettle appeared to have mould in it. The towels also looked dirty and didn’t seem properly cleaned. To make matters worse, we found ants in the room as well.

The worst part came when we were getting ready for bed. While I was brushing my teeth, a bed bug crawled onto my friend’s pillow, right next to her head. It was absolutely disgusting. We barely slept all night because we were worried there could be more.

We reported everything to reception, but they couldn’t do anything to help and offered no meaningful solution. Despite the filthy condition of the room, the bed bug, the ants, and the dirty towels, they refused to offer any form of refund or discount.

This was genuinely one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. The cleanliness was unacceptable, the customer service was poor, and I would strongly advise anyone thinking of booking here to stay somewhere else.

Really small rooms. Picture do not reflect the reality and the price was 3 times the price it should be for such a room.

Nothing, it was horrible, my partner disabled and we were on like the 5th floor.
The place smelt like sewage and feices.
The place should be shut down.
It was horrendous.
