かなり満足
Pros:

ホテルの立地の良さはもちろんですが、スタッフさんの対応がとても素晴らしかったです。初日に洗濯機を使用する際に、洗剤が自動投入されないのを知らずにお金を入れてスタートしてしまったのですが、直ぐに来てくださり返金いただけました。
常に笑顔で迎えてくださいました。
また１階にはコーヒーマシンやお茶があり、ゆっくり寛ぐことができました。

Cons:

今回8泊しましたが、日々清掃後に、部屋着が人数分足りなかったり、カップやコップが清掃されていない日がありましたので、フロントへ電話して対応をお願いした日があったことくらいです。

Pros:

Tesisin konumu çok iyiydi. Her yere yakın. Odaya bırakılan ürünler kaliteli ve fazlasıyla iyiydi. Çarşaflar ve oda temzdi.

サービスはよかったです。
Pros:

外国人のスタッフさんが皆礼儀正しく接客態度がよかったです。最初テレビの調子が悪かったのですが、すぐに別のお部屋に移してくださって、そういった対応も快かったです。値段の割には、サービスはよかったかなと思います。

Cons:

テレビの調子が悪かったのと、トイレの流れが悪かった、ドアに傷がついていたのが、少し残念でした。そこは値段相応かなと思いました。

Great hotel at a great location for visiting Tokyo
Pros:

Location was great. Close to 3 different metro stations. Lots of amenities at the lobby. Free espresso machine, laundry room. Beds were super comfortable.
