Das war mit Abstand bei unseren 4 Wochen Indonesien die Beste Unterkunft!! Es passt einfach alles. Probiert unbedingt die Massage. Der Pool ist so schön. Die Zimmer super ausgestattet und die Betten soooo bequem. Die Hunde sind Zucker. Roller mieten, kein Problem. Essen lecker. Angestellte alle lieb. Tolle Lage. Und die Baustelle nebenan bekommt man kaum mit. Einfach ein Ort zum relaxen und wohlfühlen.

Ik verbleef twee weken bij Spaces en heb er zo van genoten! De kamers zijn prachtig, het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en de honden zijn de kers op de taart. Het ontbijt kan je iedere ochtend à la carte bestellen en was telkens zeer lekker! Spaces is ook zeer goed gelegen, niet ver van het strand en op 15 min met een scooter van het drukke Canggu.

Pure bliss! Between the incredible pool, the beautiful bungalows, and the delicious breakfasts, I never wanted to leave. It’s located in such a quiet, peaceful pocket of Bali but still so close to everything (and perfectly situated for daily yoga at Udara)

Spaces Bali is a genuinely unique boutique hotel in Munggu. Well designed accommodation worlds away from the chaos of central Canggu while still being just a short walk to the beach and a scooter ride to Canggu if desired.

The rooms were lovely — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with a lovely decor. We especially appreciated having a fan as well as air-con, a small detail that made a huge difference to my comfort. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable which is super important to me. The pool area is gorgeous, with sunbeds, beanbags.

Breakfast was the best we had our entire time in Bali — made fresh using quality ingredients. Don't miss the pancakes or the breakfast burrito. One of the unique features of the property is that you can actually drink the tap water from the bathroom tap thanks to their exceptional filtration system — a rare and brilliant touch. We are used to clean filtered tank water in Australia and this was appreciated.

The staff were awesome — warm, helpful and genuinely caring. Special mention to our hosts Jonny and Liese, who are exceptional and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The on-site massage recommendation was also fantastic — do not skip it!
The coffee at Spaces is great, and the surrounding neighbourhood is dotted with wonderful cafés — the local coffee scene in Munggu is thriving and well worth exploring and if you're looking for a great meal, The Lodge next door is an absolute must. A gorgeous restaurant/café with a cosy modern interior overlooking the rice fields — the food is superb, the portions are generous, and the coffee is excellent. We kept going back.

We will absolutely be back to Spaces. Highly, highly recommended.

Very nice staff and friendly owner. Normally They only offer standard double beds. I chose the preference of twin bed on booking. Upon my arrival. Surprised to see only double bed. The owner asked their staff to offer me a second room for free.

We had such a lovely time here. The wooden villas are so charming, and having a private dipping pool in the villa's backyard, as well as a main pool just outside the room, was a real luxury. The garden is beautiful, and the whole place has a very calming and peaceful energy.

The hosts were the highlight—they gave us a warm, personal welcome and are clearly very talented, creative people. It’s a quick walk to Munggu Beach and easy to locate. Thank you for having us!

Our stay at Spaces Bali was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, the staff, Liese & Jonny made us feel less like guests and more like family. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine care created such a welcoming atmosphere, it’s something truly special that you don’t come across often.

The room itself was absolutely beautiful! It was spacious, thoughtfully designed, we had our own plunge pool, perfectly blending comfort with that serene Balinese charm. Every detail felt carefully considered, making it a relaxing haven to come back to each day.

One of the highlights was the on-site vibe and the extended “villa family.” Everyone, staff and guests alike, contributed to this really fun, laid-back, and friendly environment. It felt like being part of a little community where everyone looked out for each other.

We left with full hearts and unforgettable memories. If you’re looking for a place that goes beyond just accommodation and gives you a true experience, this is it.

Echt genieten hier. Ben al meerdere keren geweest en blijf terugkomen. De locatie is fantastisch. De zee op loopafstand en veel koffietentjes, restaurants in de directe omgeving. En niet te vergeten mijn favoriete Spa om de hoek (Cloud Spa). De eigenaren zijn ontzettend lief en onderhouden de plek met grote toewijding. Je hebt alle comfort en gemak!

A small quiet comfortable boutique hotel we stayed in during Nyepi . We were able to relax and enjoy our surroundings with the other guests . Thank you for a wonderful stay on the last leg of our journey .

Everything is beautiful, and we enjoyed every second. The staff and the owner are just amazing. Highly recommended!
