Important information:

Guests are requested to present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the resort.

Child Policy:

Children below 5 years stay free of charge on existing bedding.
Children between 6-11 years (up to maximum 02 children) sharing parents' room will be charged 50% on meal rates only on existing bedding. This is not included in your current price and needs to be paid directly to the property upon arrival.
Children of age 12 or more are considered adults.

Please note Standard Room with Sea View does not have inter-connecting rooms. Inter-connecting rooms for Deluxe Room with Sea View can only be provided on availability.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Fantastic hotel. Clean, spacious, really helpful staff. Great location right in the middle of everything but set back from the road so no noise. Right on the beach too

A comfortable stay
Pros:

I loved being on the beach and being able to walk a decent distance on it.
I also liked watching the fishing boats in the morning.
Breakfast was good enough for me having sampled the buffet style and al a carte

Cons:

I didn't like seeing the gent with the catapult on the beach. I wasn't aware of his role until I saw him using it and didn't like it. I found that upsetting. Maybe there is another way

Okay, not again.
Pros:

Room good. Toilet smelly and beach good access from hotel, lot of debris, dirt, plastic etc on the shore,

Cons:

Very poor WiFi connection. Staff not very friendly. Pool boy very helpful and friendly.

Nice and clean
Pros:

Friendly staff. Nice gym and spa.
Our bed was very comfortable.
The set menu breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room was not 100% according to the pictures.
The hotel is starting to look a little old, and needs a paint job.
Some other cheaper hotels have a better swimming pool facility.

Great start to travel in Sri Lanka
Pros:

Jetwing Sea is a mid priced lovely hotel in Negombo with great staff, excellent food, beautiful aspect, 2 pools and comfortable rooms.
