Guests are requested to present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the resort.

Child Policy:

Children below 5 years stay free of charge on existing bedding.
Children between 6-11 years (up to maximum 02 children) sharing parents' room will be charged 50% on meal rates only on existing bedding. This is not included in your current price and needs to be paid directly to the property upon arrival.
Children of age 12 or more are considered adults.

Please note Standard Room with Sea View does not have inter-connecting rooms. Inter-connecting rooms for Deluxe Room with Sea View can only be provided on availability.

Great Mini Break
Pros:

Accommodation,Staff,Food and SPA facilities was very good.

A clean, peaceful, and professionally run hotel with a very pleasant atmosphere.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The spa area is highly recommended. While it is naturally a little more expensive than spas outside the hotel resorts, it is still very reasonably priced by our standards and provides outstanding quality and service.

Cons:

As a vegan, I naturally have different expectations regarding breakfast buffets. Nevertheless, I would love to see a few more vegan options, such as plant-based margarine and vegetable spreads, which would make the breakfast experience even better.

Great beach stay, close to airport, good pool and food.
Pros:

Nice spacious room, very clean. Lovely pool area. Good pool bar and restaurant, dinner buffet very tasty and fresh good selection. Right on the beach which is very nice. Perfect to stay before the airport as only about 30 mins away maybe less.

Cons:

Check in could be quicker. No aperol despite it on being on the menu. Didn't have a number of wines on the menu.

Pros:

Velmi profesionální přístup hotelového personálu.

Cons:

Hotel nabízí SPA. Naprostá katastrofa. Objednaly jsme si pedikúru, manikúru. V podstatě se jednalo jen o nalakovani nehtů, žádné profesionální ošetření. Cena rozhodně nebyla nízká za tak špatné služby.
Pokoje, i když se na fotografiích tvářili luxusně, byly takové ošuntělé. Jedno světlo nám nesvítilo, dlaždice na zemi byly zašlé, nabytek pomlaceny. V poměru cena-kvalita to nenapnilo naše očekávání.

Mooi hotel aan het strand, pech met de ligging van de kamer
Pros:

Ruime kamer, prachtig locatie aan het strand, heerlijk zwembad

Cons:

Gehorige kamers. Deluxe kamer vlak bij de keuken en restaurant. ‘S Ochtends vroeg en ‘s avonds laat behoorlijk veel lawaai

Mooie afsluiter
Pros:

Grote mooie kamers, ruim opgezet, mooie schone badkamer, uitzicht op zee, heerlijk zwembad om af te koelen.
Eten in het hotel was fantastisch.
Hotel leent zich perfect voor start of einde van reis door Sri Lanka, voor als je nog even in luxe wilt bijkomen van alle indrukken.

Cons:

Niks eigenlijk.

Great place to head after landing in Colombo to settle in country.
Pros:

Loved the fact our room looked straight out onto the beach. It was a little out of town so enjoyed being able to settle into day one in a calm fashion. Bathroom and shower was great, bed super comfy. Lots of options to eat out within walking distance (20mims) or quick tuktuk ride if you can’t be bothered haha!

Loved it a lot and will definitely come back if Negombo is in the itinerary!
Pros:

My family and I stayed for 4 nights. It was very relaxing, employees were pleasant. Everything was clean and rooms were comfortable too. I believe most of the rooms face the sea. Rooms were exactly as in the pictures.

Cons:

They did not have dry cleaning service (they did have laundry service) and the hotel in general is not very disabled/physically challenged-customers friendly. (Mainly stairs and no ramps for wheelchair for example). Although, we did not need ramps or anything, this is just a note for customers to consider.
