Pros:

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, a clean, quiet and comfortable room - you'll be perfectly set to explore Seoul. Great value for money. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend.

Cons:

The room was fairly compact and there was limited storage but we managed just fine.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent location, near to metro. Bed is very comfortable. Friendly staffs and housekeeper.

Cons:

I cannot roll the window blinds as it face closely direct to office buidlings at level 5.. And the lighting in the room is quite dim.

Pros:

Le personnel était incroyable, ils ont accepté de nous changer de chambre car nous voulions d’une change spécifique. Personnel à l’écoute, et il aide pour les réservations d’activités ou autres. Le ménage est fait tous les jours, propre et bien placé. Je viens souvent dans cet hôtel, l’emplacement est parfait pour rejoindre tous les sites touristiques de Séoul. La station de métro a quelques mètres.

Perfect Stay for Exploring Seoul
Pros:

We arrived really late and the security guard was there to guide us, he was super lovely. Everything was clean and organized. The highlight for me was definitely the location, close to everything, and having a WOWPASS machine to exchange money into won was such a lifesaver

Cons:

The only downside is that the room is really small and the beds are a little hard. But other than that, I loved it.
