Fantastic stay in beautiful Seville
Pros:

Beautiful building located in the old town. Location was brilliant and very central with all areas within walking distance. The apartment was clean, bed very comfortable and had a large shower which was powerful and hot. The kitchen had everything you need. We didn’t use the roof top terrace but it looked great. The plunge pool was small but looked ideal to cool off and plenty of beds to go
Round. The hostess Olga was absolutely lovely and made us feel most welcome. We followed her recommendations and were so glad we did. There is a tapas bar called Bar Alfalfa which is a must if you are looking for good tapas and great atmosphere. Lama la uva was a wine bar we found which was about a 10 minute walk away which we would recommend for wine lovers. Seville is a fantastic city, so very romantic and a must on anyone’s bucket list. If you do decide to go we wouldn’t hesitate to stay in these apartments, it was great.

Cons:

We stayed in the ground floor apartment which had a beautiful water feature outside which you can see out the bedroom window but it is blocked in on all
Sides with the only light coming from above. So if you’re looking for a room with a view this wouldn’t be for you. It didn’t bother us at all but good to know if you like a view

Ótima estadia, gostei bastante da localização, limpeza e organização local.
Pros:

Anfitriã muito atenciosa, nos atendeu muito bem. Localização excelente, próxima às Setas de Sevilha e da catedral/ Giralda. Apartamento espaçoso, cozinha funcional, chuveiro excelente. Ambiente limpo, atendeu as nossas expectativas.

Cons:

Quando fui não estava muito calor e mesmo assim o ar condicionado não funcionou muito bem. Era somente um aparelho de ar condicionado que fica no quarto, não tem ar condicionado na sala ou cozinha. Na ocasão, por não estar muito calor, não foi um problema, mas nos meses mais quentes pode ser um problema.

Pros:

Olga es increíble, muy amable y siempre disponible. La cama es súper cómoda, no hay ningún ruido y se duerme de maravilla. El apartamento es muy agradable, está muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario. Además, la ubicación es excelente: todo se puede hacer andando. ¡Lo recomiendo sin duda!

Amazing place in the heart of Seville!
Pros:

What an incredible place! Everything was spotless and cozy, with beautiful décor. The apartment is fully equipped; it was wonderful to be there after a long time traveling — I felt like I was at home. The pool area offers a wonderful view, and you can hear the church bells...so special. Olga is outstanding —very attentive and nice. If you can, visit Bodega dos De Mayo (just a few minutes' walk away; amazing tapas and great service).

Pros:

A very good refurbishment of a grand building.
The apartment and facilities could hardly be any better and were a fine base for exploring Seville.
We had a lovely welcome from Olga, who went out of her way to help us.
Top class air conditioning: and this was with outside temperatures in the high-30s.
The bathroom was luxurious and it was great to step in to a cool shower after being out in the heat.

Gorgeous stay in Seville old town
Pros:

The location was brilliant, within walking distance to everywhere and had loads of good spots to eat nearby. Rooftop pool was lovely, ended up there when it got too hot to walk around. The building itself is beautiful too, but above all Olga was a wonderful host!

Calm oasis in a great city
Pros:

The location was perfect, in the heart of the city with the major tourist sites within 15mins walk or less. Aldi 2mins away to get supplies. Just outside on the little plaza was a great tapas bar "Santa Marta" where the locals eat. Plaza concordia car park 5min walk away. We booked it on Parkimeter as was cheaper for 5 days.

Apartment was on the second floor facing the street so we had the cute little balconies with view of the church and plaza. Very clean and spacious. Kitchen had all you need to make a nice breakfast. Comfy large bed. Wardrobe and drawers so you can unpack properly and get rid of suitcases. Safe. Aircon. Bathroom very clean with excellent shower.

The roof terrace was a great place to rest after stomping the streets all day. The plunge pool and shaded seating was a relief. Towels provided too. Also another great skyline view - with the church bell tower right there and the "Setas" also visible.

Olga was very helpful on arrival giving all the information we needed about local places to eat and where the tourist sites and Aldi were. She was also available via WhatsApp if needed and responded super quick to my questions.

The whole residence was like an oasis as you enter through the big wooden door into a relaxing lobby area. The centre is full height atrium up to the terrace.
