Sole Suites Apartments Playa del Carmen

We left our key in the door one time when we went inside our room for about 30 minutes, the lady at reception took it out of the door and took it to reception without telling us. We were looking for it for about 1-2 hours and ended up asking reception for a new key. She told us she had our key all along and was teaching us a lesson for leaving it in our door. Very weird.

Faltou água por quase 24h, alegaram que era em toda a cidade, mas encontramos outros turistas que disseram que no hotel deles estava normal, o elevador ficou sem funcionar no mesmo período da falta de água, então acredito que tenha dado alguma pane em algum equipamento do hotel. Mas tirando esse fato que acredito ter sido pontual, o restante foi ótimo. O hotel tem garagem mas cobra separado da diária, assim como a limpeza do quarto.

Étonnée d avoir réservé pour 3 et de n avoir qu un lit heureusement que le lit était king size et qu il s agissait de mes filles 😊
Il y avait un canapé mais bof

Me cobraron MXN210 adicionales a la reserva realizada por booking, apartamento oscuro, sin ventilación, a la piscina no le hacen limpieza se ve todo sucio y en muy ma estado, el segundo día de estadía nuestro aire acondicionado empezó a escurrir agua lo único que hicieron fue darme unas toallas para el regreso del piso las cuales estuvieron ahí toda nuestra estadía porque nunca fueron a revisar el aire

Tengo solo dos quejas;
*Primera: la chica de recepción no es nada amable, la verdad fue horrible su recibimiento.
*Segundo: el horno del departamento estaba roto y sucio.

Basically everything. Bad experience.

Rien ne fonctionne, machine à café , tv, toilette.
La réception nous a donné quelque pour débloquer la toilette nous même... Aucune bouteille d'eau ou quoi que ce soit.

Water pressure in shower. Pool area could do with a good scrub.

Our bathroom fixtures were loose and rusty. They used cheap, painted plywood for the bathroom sink counter which got really wet so the wood warped. Several doors and cabinet doors were chipped and splintered possibly from humidity and not being trimmed to not scrape the floor. Those doors were hard to open or close fully. They did not provide washcloths which is not a big deal. This unit could have used some updated fixtures and refreshing of doors to make it much nicer. The rooftop pool was small and looked dirty. They only had 2 bicycles and a back brake was not attached. So, our family of 4 could not use the bikes.

El departamento con dos suites en el segundo piso, carece de luz natural, poca ventilación y mucho olor a humedad

Das Hotel liegt neben einer offenen Disco und schlafen ist nicht möglich, denn von 20.30 Uhr bis 03.00 Uhr ist es so laut, dass die Wände vom Bass vibrieren. Die Unterkunft ist auch recht herunter gekommen. Das ganze ist Renovierungsbedürftig und die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr mangelhaft und Schränke für Kleider gibt es keine. Nach drei Tagen sind wir in ein anderes Apartment umgezogen. Es gab auch bis jetzt kein Anzeichen an ein finanzielles entgegenkommen des Betreibers. Wir hatten das Apartment für einen Monat gebucht.

Podria tener mas utensillos de cocina para lo que es el dto, algo nos facilitaron pero escaso
