This is my favorite spot in London. A true gem amongst the chain hotels, but the real stand out is the staff and custer

An exceptional London Hotel with great staff and beautiful rooms and public areas.
Pros:

The decor and atmosphere are exceptional. The location is midway between the City and the West End which makes it ideal as a base to explore both.

A relaxing stay in a beautiful authentically appointed hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful spacious comfortable suite, which was quiet and cool in the hot weather.
Lovely drawing rooms and outside terrace to enjoy the honesty bar drinks and the complimentary afternoon cake.

Cons:

I would expect a King size bed in a room of this size.
Shower was difficult to use without soaking the bathroom but the old traditional style was very authentic.

Carino ma sovrapprezzato
Pros:

Albergo carino, molto caratteristico e all’inglese. Per dormire, si dorme, la strada non è caotica. Apprezzata l’acqua gratis

Cons:

La camera, seppur caratteristica, è troppo vecchieggiante. La temperatura dell’acqua si fa fatica a regolarla e il water sembra uscito dal secolo scorso. Sempre caratteristico da vedere, ma poco pratico. Il deposito cauzionale è troppo alto. Mi sono state addebitate 70 sterline, invece della pre autorizzazione, perché apparentemente dovevano fare così perché ho usato una Revolut (?) e poi ovviamente mi hanno rimborsata ma dover attendere 5 giorni per riavere più di 80 euro non è il massimo per cosa poi? Per un sevizio abbastanza basico e niente di speciale. Decisamente sovrapprezzato per ciò che offre. Non ho neanche apprezzato il fatto di aver dovuto lasciare la chiave in reception e averla dovuta richiedere alle 3 della mattina quando ero stanca e avrei sicuramente preferito entrare tranquillamente e andarmene in camera a riposare

Very british Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist in allen Details very british, genau das wollten wir. Die Zimmer (wir hatten 2 gebucht) sind sehr schön verarbeitet.
Sehr gut, hat uns auch die "Honesty Bar" gefallen. Man wählt frei und tragt ehrlich alle Konsumationen ein. Sehr sympathisch! Auch den Hauskater Baghira haben wir ins Herz geschlossen.
Es liegt perfekt 2 Minuten von der UBahn entfernt.

Cons:

Die schönen alten Betten sind natürlich etwas Schmallenberg, aber sonst passt der Komfort.

Lovely hotel that I would absolute adore coming back to!
Pros:

I loved the Rookery very much! The hotel lounges, the library and the garden are very pretty and my room was super comfortable. Loved the little design details. All the hotel staff was incredibly kind and very knowledgeable and made my stay amazing.

Cons:

My room shared a tiny entry hall with another room and my neighbours happened to come and leave a lot late night, with a little noise, as well as the room service bringing them breakfast at 7am woke me up - even if they really tried to be as quiet as possible.

Fuldstændigt gennemført ophold. Kan helt klart anbefales.
Pros:

Super beliggenhed, smukke historiske rammer/værelse - generelt hele hotellet har en gennemført stil. Super dejligt værelse. Som at komme ind i en tidslomme. Vigtigt at nævne, det er et utrolig venligt og imødekommende personale.

Cons:

Ingen bemærkning, for alt var fantastisk.

Der Service, die liebevoll gestalteten Zimmer und die sonstigen Räumlichkeiten, in denen man herrlich entspannen kann.

Cons:

Das Bett hätte etwas breiter sein können. War ansonsten aber sehr bequem.
