Pros:

Nagyon jó ár-érték arányú hotel, szuper szolgáltatásokkal, finom ételekkel, kedves személyzettel, tiszta szobákkal, közel a tengerhez, gyönyörű környezetben. A wellness részleg is nagyszerű, nagy, tavasszal fedett és fűtött, kellemes vízű medencével, többféle szaunával, 4 személyes jakuzzival. Húsvétkor voltunk, ami ott nem ünnep (ortodox húsvét 1 héttel később van náluk), nem volt tömeg, de már kellemes volt az idő. A csodás és több km hosszú sétányon jókat lehet sétálni, a csend és a tenger több, mint megnyugtató, amit csak egy út és pár lépcsőfok választ el a szállodától. A szoba teraszáról a kilátás több, mint pazar volt nappal és éjjel egyaránt. Mindenkinek ajánlom a hotelt.

Cons:

Talán a konyha felújítása miatt, ami épp akkor zajlott, talán nem, de az ételválaszték, kicsit lehetett volna választékosabb. Leves csak 1-féle volt minden nap, és nagyjából hasonló, ill. ami ebédről maradt, felszolgálták uzsonnára. Helyi pizzasütést (amit többen is írtak), mi nem tapasztaltunk. 😔 De ezektől eltekintve, szuper és finom ételeket ettünk.

Fantastic hotel, great rooms view and facilities!
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, staff and service it was such a relaxing stay! The room was perfect for a family and even though we booked last minute they still managed to meet our request for a sea view!

Rooms and every corner of the hotel is very very clean, smells amazing, and the staff is incredibly helpful. Our group had some issues about the dates of booking and they responded immediately with maximum care and help fixed our problem!!!

Really nice hotel at a good price
Pros:

Great hotel for families especially with the all inclusive setup. The hotel is clean and nice with extremely friendly staff that takes care of your every need.

Cons:

We would have like to use the spa more during our stay but we found that there was not exactly a welcoming staff members there. When accessing the pool one must also go through the spa in order to get towels for the pool. Safe to say we opted for using pools on other hotels instead and paying our way in. The pool was also for some strange reason on winter time (in late May) and therefore did not open until 13:00.

The all inclusive food was very good and well presented with variety of things. Pizzas were absolutely amazing. However, we greatly missed having some fruits during our stay. They do sometimes have apples and bananas but fruits are considered normal dietary requirements in most countries.

One thing worth mentioning is that when serving wine, the hotel insists on serving the wine in very small glasses and filling them almost to the top, giving way to the hazard of having to walk with the glasses to the cantine. This is despite posessing proper wine glasses that will facilitate the experience of drinking their wine. Just found this hillarious as I was banned from getting a proper glass after few servings by the hotel manager. Felt almost like a child being told off by the experience.

Cistoca,sadrzaji,lokacija,pogled iz sobe...zaista je sve bilo na vrhunskom nivou.Iznad svega mi se dopala ljubaznost osoblja.

Pros:

Predivna lokacija. Osoblje veoma korektno. Hrana veoma dobra. All inclusiv preporuka.

Cons:

Pusenje u restoranu to mi je velika zamjerka. Ali je moguce da je to zatvorena terasa. Ali bez obzira treba zakonom zabraniti i tu. Ipak djeca tu jedu i ljidi kojima smeta. Kad je guzva morate ici gdje ima mjesta. Za pusace moze se ici napolje i tamo konzumirati otrova koliko hocete.

Great all inclusive hotel with great facilities for all ages.
Pros:

The facilities for children. The food was good quality. The roof bar was beautiful. Great location to discover Herceg Novi. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

We had some problems with hot water but it was resolved quickly.
