Cons:

RienOn nous a proposé une chambre familiale sans fenêtre !!!. Un pdj limite nul . Un accueil froid. On nous déclassé après réclamation pour une chambre à la place d'une suite avec une minuscule fenêtre avec une lumière presque inexistante?. .
Petit déjeuner très faible
Disco sous sol bruit jusqu'à 5h du matin
Impossible de dormir

المكان غير مطابق للمواصفات
لا يوجد مكيف بارد لقد كانت اسوأ عطله نقضيها
لقد طلبنا غرفه "ديلوكس" ولكن الوضع كان مروع
سبعة ليالي قضيناها بدون تكيف وحرارة الغرفه حدا عاليه كانها ساونا
طلبتنا عدة مرات تصليح التكيف وام يكن تعاون من قسم الاستقبال
قالو لنا في الاخير افتحوا الشباك لكي تبرد الغرفه ولكن ازعاج الشارع والضجه كان كبير
سبعة ايام لم ننم فيها ولم نستمتع باي شيء ،بالأضافة الى انهم لا ينظفون الغرف الا بعد ان نطلب منهم مره ومرتين .
باختصار اسوأ تجارب حياتي

Very bad.
Pros:

The staff is nice.

Cons:

The hotel refused to provide an invoice for the stay, pushing it onto Booking.com. However, Booking.com also refused to provide one and demanded that the hotel provide an invoice, regardless of which party it was!

Comfortable bed

Cons:

Since turkey phone chargers and all electronics need adapter if u r from out side europ. The hotel should supply adapters . They did not have. Which make me unhappy.
I had a hedic in the mid of the night and i ask them for paracetamol. They did not help also with that.
