Not bad but could be better
Pros:

The Hotel is beautiful and comfortable and the room was big and beautiful, but it was only the first impression. When you start living there, you notice some unpleasant details: no cleaning at all! You need to look for the cleaners and ask them to clean the room and change the towels. They take 3 towels away and give you 2. You have 2 cups only instead of 3, though the room is for 3 guests. You have no spoons and no water and we had to buy water in the nearest supermarket every day.
The pool is clean but the water was rather cold, and it was better just to relax near the pool then to swim.
The city view from our "delux" room on the third floor was spectacular!

Cons:

And the worst was the a/c! It worked badly and it was too hot in the room. I told about it to the administrator and he said that he would call the specialist to check it, but nobody came. I think it simply needed to be cleaned.
The staff hardly speak English and they are not so friendly as they are usually in the hotels.
Don`t mention some other small things like rusty watering can in the shower and ragged towels and so on... what is not associated with the ****hotel.

The manager, Ms. Elif, was exceptional. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. As soon as she realized we were not satisfied with the first room we were assigned, she immediately arranged a room change, making sure we were comfortable. The rest of the staff were also friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their outstanding customer service made our stay much more enjoyable.

Cons:

Overall, the amenities were good, and we enjoyed our stay. However, I have a few suggestions that could make the experience even better for guests staying for an extended period.

I recommend providing more clothes hangers, especially for guests staying longer than a week. It would also be very convenient to have an iron and ironing board available in the room. Additionally, while the staff promptly provided us with extra pillows upon request, I believe it would be more comfortable if each room came with four pillows as a standard. I also feel that the breakfast menu could be a little better.

Cons:

Sigaretten geur in de kamers .
De dekbed was bij aankomt vies opgemaakt.
Er stond bij faciliteiten dat je niet mag roken maar werd zelfs een asbak gezet in alle kamers.
