Great staff!
Pros:

I was travelling in the off season and got upgraded to the main Hotel. The room I got was excellent, and Carla was very friendly and helpful in finding hikes that were open and gave me tips on where to go at what time of day. I also got to store my luggage so I could fully enjoy my last day.
