Top location ,great potential, great staff, great service but outdated rooms and facilites.
Pros:

Great location in Porec
The staff is great and friendly
The food is very good and very varied.

Cons:

Altough the restaurant and the reception looks good and almost up to date in terms of renovation and design, the rest of the hotel including the rooms, the swiming pool and the facilities are stuck in the past and in urgent need of touch up.
The triple room that we booked was very very small.
Another minus is that during out stay there were conducting construcion work every morning outside of the hotel and ij the parking area, road work and lanscaping with heavy and noisy machines.

Die Zimmer sind dreckig die Badezimmertüre und Eingangstüre ein Witz,das Bett eine Katastrophe,Lattenrost gebrochen,einfach einen Polster unter den Lattenrost gelegt
Dabei wurde schon des Öfteren darauf in den Rezessionen hingewiesen.
Die Teppichböden verdreckt
Im Gang eine Couch die in der Mitte gebrochen war.
Die dreckwäsche im Gang geparkt einfach ekelhaft.
Anscheinend ist das,der neue Qualitatsanspruch von Valamar Hotel
Würde mir wünschen der Manager würde mit den Augen des Gastes durchgehen
So ist es absolut eine Zumutung.

für unseren Aufenthalt für eine Nacht im Zuge einer Radtour brauchbar, Urlaub nein

Das Personal und die Abwicklung an der Rezeption war freundlich und kompetent, die Lage des Hotels perfekt, Frühstück alles ok und ausreichend, leider sind die Zimmer sehr abgewohnt

Polecam, pokoje co prawda nadają się już do remontu, zwłaszcza wykładzina, to lokalizacja i jedzenie w stosunku jakości

Wykładzina w pokojach miała brzydki zapach, ale panie sprzątające bardzo dbały o czystość
