Brilliant. Memorable!
Pros:

A very unique boutique hotel in the old building with unique architecture and a very high and decorated ceilings. It gives you feeling like residing in one of a royalty castle rooms.
We had 2 very spacious, clean and comfortable rooms with small balconies and enormous bathrooms. There’s microwave, kettle and a couple of plates with cutlery provide in each room as well as tea and coffee. There’s an aircon that is a must in hot summer days in Kutaisi. Location is brilliant, just a short walk away from the main square and park, all other old town sightseeing reachable by foot with farthest away Bagrati Cathedral about 25-30 minutes walk. A lot of places to explore with a short drive around as well - Bolt App works well there.
A special thank you to the owner Georgi for a warm welcome and his helper Slava. Communication with Georgi is great and he’s happy to share information and advice with you.

Cons:

Maybe a little sign outside of the gate next to the house number that this is Hotel Royal but comunication with Georgi is great and it wasn’t a problem to find the place.

A nice stay, good value with a lovely room
Pros:

A very large room with a separate seating area with tea and coffee and a fridge. The air conditioning was in this area which was nice when we were recovering from the heat in Kutaisi. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of wardrobe space and spare pillows. The bathroom was a good size with a bath and shower.

Cons:

It was surprisingly noisy later in the evening, around 11pm. Screaming kids and adults shouting.

Hostal cerca del centro, muy cómodo y organizado
Pros:

Está muy bien situado, a 5 minutos andando del centro de Kutaisi y los lugares turísticos que visitar.
Todo está muy limpio y con mucho espacio para dejar el equipaje.
Hay sitio de sobra para aparcar el coche cómodamente en la calle.

Cons:

El mobiliario está bastante anticuado.

Smeštaj je jako lep,čist,i udoban.Vidi se da je gospodska kuća.Balkon pruža poseban mir i tišinu.Izuzetno je prostran bio naš apartman.Posteljina kvalitetna,peškiri,sredstvo za higijenu u kupatilo,u kupatilo ima đakuzi i prostrano je,fen za kosu.Na dobroj je lokaciji.Bili smo srećni kad smo u blizini našli radnju sa gotovim kuvanim jelima i fantastičnim kolačima po izuzetno dobrim cenama.

Cons:

Možda bi se moglo samo dodati papirni ubrus ili neka kuhinjska krpa,barem još jedan nož, i jedna kanta za smeće na terasi,ali to su sitnice koje se mogu zanemariti.Inače sve je bilo jako dobro

Zeer bijzondere accomodatie met geweldig ingerichte kamers. Must stay!

Een erg bijzondere, goed gelegen accomodatie met zeer ruime, comfortabele kamers. Een plek die zich echt onderscheidt van andere kamers en die je niet mag missen. De host is geweldig en ik wens hem het allerbeste!
