Pros:

Very kind owner, nice location and impressive furniture. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom was huge, but there was nowhere to put your toiletries or even hang a towel.
And during the shower, I couldn’t find a way to get the water to a normal temperature. It was either boiling hot or freezing cold, nothing in between.
I wouldn’t really call it a hotel. It’s more like a large family house with a few rooms for rent.
Oh, and when the owner was showing me to my room, there was a silent guy standing in the corner, just watching my every move. He looked like he wanted to murder someone. It was a very strange and uncomfortable.

Great rooms.
Pros:

I had a great time staying at this hotel. It was clean, comfortable and the host and staff were great. If you are staying in Kutaisi I recommend this hotel. It is a short walk to all the major spots.

Amazing decor and palatial rooms, but damp, mouldy smelling bathroom let it down
Pros:

The decor was truly sumptuous, the hotel is well located, quiet and mainly comfortable. It was a fun place to stay, with all the rooms being different and quirky.

Cons:

The bathroom in the king suite stank strongly of mouldy damp and the window would not stay open, exacerbating the problem. Even the towels smelled strongly of damp. This needs attention. Also the bathroom was absolutely enormous but most of the space was empty, with no surfaces to put anything down on! Not even a narrow mirror shelf. This is unacceptable - please install a cabinet or at the very least a shelf.

Pros:

Perfect location. Nice host. Beautiful room. Enough parking space available in the streets around the house. Just a 5 minute walk to the city center. Would recommend for travellers looking for a classic style room, quiet surroundings. Wifi was good.

Pros:

The apartment is very nice and stylish, there's smart TV so you can watch Netflix or YouTube. It was calm and quiet at night so we could rest well. It's very close to all things worth seeing in Kutaisi.

The host was the kindest person we've ever met during our trips around the world (and we visited a lot of countries before). We hope your health will get better and we'll meet once again during our next trip to Georgia. 🙏

Pros:

Nice stay. Rooms were very big, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Hotel staff was very friendly. Price was very reasonable. As we liked the hotel the first time we stayed, we returned to this same hotel a second time, one week after. Highly recommended!

Extraordinary.
Pros:

Do not miss the opportunity to stay in this extraordinary hotel. It is beautiful. You feel like you are on the set of a period drama film! Our room was huge, with a balcony, and very quiet too. This was our very favourite accommodation on a Georgia trip included many quality places.
