Pros:

Zeer bijzondere accomodatie met geweldig ingerichte kamers. Must stay!
Pros:

Een erg bijzondere, goed gelegen accomodatie met zeer ruime, comfortabele kamers. Een plek die zich echt onderscheidt van andere kamers en die je niet mag missen. De host is geweldig en ik wens hem het allerbeste!

Amazing hosts - totally loved it
Pros:

I really loved how welcoming the owner and his house-help were. They really took care of us and made sure we were comfortable, starting from welcoming us ahead with a whatsapp message, sharing home location, opening their parking space for us and making sure we were comfortable.

There is a wash and iron facility free of charge which was a plesent surprise.

The room is exactly as shown in the pictures and close to all the Kutaisi action.

The rooms were really romantic. The furniture, wall engravings and paintings are absolutely fabulous

Cons:

One of the balcony locks was broken and my kids got uncomfortable sleeping by themselves (since we had two separate rooms). We had to sleep with them to make them comfortable. That was the only down part of the experience. Although George made us very comfortable by assuring that Kutaisi was a very safe place, my family couldn't really get this glitch out of their heads.

Pros:

Felt like staying in a presidential suite - comfortable beds, beautiful old furniture and decoration, a spacious bathroom, everything you might need. But what makes this place even more special is the hosts - Giorgi was incredibly kind, took great care of us, provided everything we needed and recommended places to go in the city. It was a final stop of out trip and we couldn't be happier to have spent it here. :)

Pros:

Stanza molto bella, pulita, spaziosa e comoda. I due proprietari sono persone deliziose, disponibili e gentili. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni della città. Rapporto qualità/prezzo imbattibile.

Très bien situé par rapport au centre ville, ses restaurants et boutiques.
Il est indiqué parking, mais il est important de préciser qu'il s'agit de l'aller devant la maison.
Chambre très spacieuse, confortable, une très grande salle de bain avec balneo (même si nous ne l'avons pas testé).

Pros:

Прекрасная вилла в тихом центре Кутаиси с роскошными номерами. Мы останавливались в люксе и делюксе, оба очень просторные и уютные.
Отдельно хочется упомянуть Георгия и Славу, которые встретили нас как родных:)
Мы много путешествуем и очень редко возвращаемся в одно и то же место, но сюда вернулись и обязательно еще вернемся!

Большая комната на втором этаже, разделена на гостиную и спальню. Большой балкон - терасса. Пение птиц. Балкон вы ходит в сад. В комнате холодильник, чайник, посуда, микроволновка, телевизор с интернетом. Отдыхали с комфортом. Спасибо хозяину.

I stayed one night in the Suite with a king-size bed and balcony at Hotel Royal in Kutaisi and was very impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and having a private balcony was a nice bonus. The location is convenient, the staff were friendly, and I would definitely recommend this place for a short stay in Kutaisi.

Очень приветливый и душевный хозяин, рассказывает интересные истории можно слушать и наслаждаться. Расположение отеля рядом с центром и всей нужной инфраструктурой. Отель в живую лучше чем на фото, это стоит увидеть и побывать там. Завораживает со входа. В отеле разрешают с хвостиком, хозяин обожает животных . Рекомендуем, обязательно вернёмся как будем в Кутаиси.
