Piccolo studio ma con tutto il necessario per passare qualche giorno in vacanza.
La posizione è ottima! Abbiamo diviso le vacanze tra visitare la città e la spiaggia e il monolocale è una posizione tattica per raggiungere tutto facilmente.

Nice apartment a tram or metro ride from the city.
Pros:

The apartment was clean, spacious and as described. A tram or underground ride away from the city centre or the beach. 15 mins to the beach, about 20 to the city.
This apartment is in a residential area, there are supermarkets but the better ones are about 1 km away.
The accommodation suited us, possibly need a top sheet as well as the bed cover.

Cons:

There is a 500m walk to the tram stop, 850m to the metro.
No real restaurants nearby, plenty of bars with some tapas.

Valencia desde el barrio
Pros:

Es un barrio muy tranquilo y bien comunicado con el tranvía, que está a un par de calles. La persona que me dio los datos para entrar muy amable, solo por WhatsApp pero, gracias al video, encontré cuál era, ya que no tiene cartel y hay otro portal justo al lado muy parecido.

Cons:

No había nada de información sobre el alojamiento ni sobre la ciudad. No sabíamos cómo llegar al centro. No había nadie allí. El sillón no era un sillón, si lo separas de la pared se caía porque no tenía respaldo. Para ver la tele solo podías desde la cama. El apartamento tiene lo justo y necesario, se echa de menos un poco más de “mimo”

Pros:

A házigazdával gördülékeny volt a kommunikáció, érkezésünk előtt minden szükséges információt megkaptunk ahhoz, hogy önállóan beléphessünk a lakásba. Az apartman a lehetőségekhez képest jól felszerelt, légkondicionáló is található itt, ami nyáron különösen nagy segítség. A tisztasággal kapcsolatban ugyancsak nem lehetett kifogásunk. Az apartman a Benimaclet negyedben található, nagyjából 10 perces sétatávolságra a legközelebbi metróállomástól, 5 perces sétatávolságra a legközelebbi villamosmegállótól és közel van a 10-es busz végállomása is. Mindhárom járművel egyaránt elérhető a belváros, a tengerpart pedig a villamossal.

Cons:

A városközpont és a főbb nevezetességek távolabb esnek az apartmantól, annak ellenére, hogy közel vannak a megállók, és időnként kissé fárasztónak tűnt a nagy melegben a mindennapos bejutás, illetve visszatérés a szállásra. A lakás meglehetősen kicsi, és az ágy különösen keskeny. Hangsúlyozom, hogy ezeket nem tekintettük negatívumoknak, hiszen tisztában voltunk a körülményekkel, és minden tekintetben azt kaptuk, amit az előzetes ismertető ígért. Végül még egy apróság: javasolnám, hogy szúnyoghálót legalább egy ablakra érdemes lenne felhelyezni, ami megkönnyítené a szellőztetést.
