Nice Apartment in Valencia
Pros:

The kitchen was well equipped with many different utensils. Cleanliness was a point that excels here. Good amount of space. Wifi worked well.

Cons:

The washer is located in a common area and shared by numerous apartments. It was either in use or had a finished load unattended when I wanted to do a load. The entrance to the building is not on the street listed in the confirmation. Without the exact instructions from the host, this could be difficult.

Pros:

Exciting neighbourhood with many nice bars. Close to the university. Easy access to the appartement, very friendly owner. Nice and clean one-room appartement with bathroom and kitchen - everything you need!

Estaba limpio y perfecto para pasar unos dias. Tenia todo lo necesario. La cama era bastante cómoda.

Cons:

Aparcar era bastante complicado y a las 7.30 de la mañana ya había muchísima luz pero bueno 3 dias eso se aguanta.

Pros:

We have been here for a week not as tourists.
The area is quiet, residential, genuine. A good mix of family and young people (politecnico is 3 tram stops far)
In between city center and seaside, very well serviced by public transports, renting a bike is an alternative option.
The flat is very new and clean. WiFi fast and stable connection.

We have been here for a week not as tourists.

The flat is very small, we were two persons and one of us was out the whole day, so it was manageable, otherwise not. Missing bed and table lights. All the lights are all on or off , that’s it. There is a bed and a sofa, two fridges, too much in such small flat.

Pros:

La possibilità di entrare in autonomia grazie ai codice è molto comodo.
La posizione è strategica e comoda a vari servizi.

Cons:

La pulizia della stanza non era delle migliori.
Il materasso era molto usurato e non molto comodo.
La temperatura della caldaia era troppo elevata e non si poteva regolare, ci siamo scottati un paio di volta toccando i rubinetti.

Jó környéken elhelyezkedő felszerelt, igényes szállás.
Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás, tömegközlekedéssel bárhova eljutottunk. Nagyon közel volt pékség, zöldséges, söröző, gyógyszertár, szinte azonnal teljesen otthon éreztük magunkat a környéken.
Maga a szállás felszerelt, igényes, tiszta. Fernando nagyon kedves, kérdés esetén azonnal válaszolt és segített.
Csak ajánlani tudom a szállást.

Pros:

The apartment was very clean. The owner Fernando was responsive and we didn't have any issues in finding the apartment and checking in. The location was also good in a nice area close to a pedestrian street with lovely tapas bars.

Cons:

A bit noisy, you could hear everything from the other apartments.

Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen van. Jó környéken. Éttermek, boltok, parkok pár perc sétára. Tömegközlekedés megállók is a közelben vannak. Busz, villamos, metro, pár percre van, igy a napi úti céljainkat könnyen és gyorsan elértük.
Autóval nem ajánlom, mert a négy nap alatt amíg ott voltunk nem láttam szabad parkolóhelyet és napközben is már egymás elé parkoltak a helyiek.
Szállás tökéletes egy pár számára, ágy hűtő asztal, kávéfőző evőeszközök stb minden volt. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.
