الاقامه كانت جيده والاطلاله جميله جدا وقريب من الاماكن السياحيه ممكن الذهاب لها بالمشي والسعر مبالغ فيه والافطار يتم ت

الموظفين غير بشوشين ماعدى البنت التي تعمل في المساء وقد طلبت منهم فيش ثنائي ورفض موظف الاستقبال وقال لايوجد اذهب اشتري من السوق وبعد ساعه عاودت الطلب ووجدت البنت وطلبت منها الفيش فعطتني على طول وكذالك وجبة الافطار كانت قليله في الكميه ولا تستحق السعر الذي دفعناه مقابل الوجبه ويوجد عنصريه في المعامله حيث كان معنا عائله تركيه في المطعم وكانت لهم معامله افضل واحضر لهم العصير والشاهي فطلبنا من الموظف ان يحضر لنا عصير مثلهم قال لازم تدفعون المال مقابل العصير ولدي صور للافطار لم يمر علينا في كل الدول مثل هذا الافطار

الموقع جبار وخاصة جناح بإطلالة على البسفور والترام وتحتك مطاعم وكفيهات وغلطة بورت قريب المنطقه حيوية الاثاث جيد ونظيف الفطور جيد يكفي أنه بأطلالة ونصيحه لاتجي اسطنبول بالصيف اذا مو الجو غيم ماتصلح الاطلاله

Excellent stay with outstanding service, beautiful views, and a great location
Pros:

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful Bosphorus view. The location was excellent, and the staff, especially Emir and Taylan, were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable.

Pros:

Location is amazing in the vibrant Besiktas neighbourhood.
Turkish breakfast- the same every day- it was very good.
Room was big and clean
Staff was super helpful and friendly

Cons:

Wood furniture could use some refurbishing, as well as shower margins and the baseboard.

Loved it and I would stay there again
Pros:

It was very nice experience. The breakfast was diverse and I loved it. The view on Bosphor was really nice.

Cons:

Room service is not the best but good. They don’t have laundry in the hotel they take laundry outside and I lost some socks in the laundry.

Temiz ve ferah odalar, harika manzara, lezzetli kahvaltı ve çok iyi hizmet. Tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi; temizlik personelinden resepsiyona kadar herkes nazikti. Misafirperverlikleri ve yardımları için Emir ve Taylan’a ayrıca teşekkür ederiz!

Ottima posizione con fermata tram di fronte all'hotel.
Camera ampia e con vista mare bellissima

Colazione tipica turca servita al tavolo (standard)

Cons:

Viale sottostante rumoroso causa intenso traffico (risolvibile con finestre chiuse).
Staff non sempre simpatico e cordiale (per tenere i bagagli 1 ora dopo check out hanno storto il naso)
