Bu otelde kaçıncı kalışımız artık sayamıyoruz 😊 Her seferinde geri gelmemizin tek sebebi: her şeyin gerçekten mükemmel olması! Odalar harika, konum mükemmel ve personel konaklamamızı daha da özel kılıyor. Resepsiyonda Ecem, Muhabbet, Fatih, Bilal, Taylan, Halil ve Emir’e. Temizlikte Tugay’a çok teşekkür ederiz. Mutfakta çalışan ekip arkadaşlarının isimlerini bilmiyoruz ama onlar da son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Herkese teşekkürler!

Pros:

The view from the hotel to bosphorus was really amazing. Emir Bilal and Muhammed have been really helpful helping us with late check-in and keeping our luggage safe after we checked-out yet had to travel to nearby places. Whenever I come to Turkey next time, I have found my preferred stay option.

Pros:

Perfect location for turism. Between Dolmabahce Palace and Galata Tower, both at walking distance. Close to the embarkment point for cruises. 4 stops till the Sultanahmet area. Great view on Bosphor. Big room, nice rooftop lounge.

Cons:

The breakfast is served not bufet and is good. But is the same everyday. If you stay more than two days could be annoying...

إقامتي في الفندق كانت جيدة بشكل عام، وطاقم العمل كان متعاونًا، كما أن الفندق نظيف ومريح إلى حد معقول.

بشكل عام، الفندق جيد للإقامة القصيرة، لكنني كنت أتمنى موقعًا أفضل وغرفة أكثر اتساعًا مع حمام مصمم بشكل أفضل.

بعض الملاحظات التي أثرت على تجربتي وتقييمي للفندق:
موقع الفندق لم يكن مناسبًا بالنسبة لي، فالمنطقة المحيطة هادئة نسبيًا ولا تتوفر فيها الكثير من المطاعم أو الأنشطة أو الخدمات القريبة.
الوصول إلى منطقة Taksim Square سيرًا على الأقدام متعب نوعًا ما بسبب المسافة والانحدار/الصعود الكبير في الطريق.
الغرفة كانت أصغر مما توقعت.
الغرفة التي تم تخصيصها لي لم يكن لديها أي إطلالة تُذكر.
الحمام ضيق نسبيًا، وتصميم منطقة الاستحمام غير عملي، حيث تتسرب المياه إلى خارج منطقة الشاور بسهولة مما يجعل أرضية الحمام مبللة بعد الاستخدام.

Wonderful hotel great value best staff excellent location

They talk in Arabic english and turkish
Room was big with very nice bosphorus view
Room was so clean
No waiting for check in
Resturant was with a very nice view and breakfast was enough for 2 person
Staff were so polite and helpful
Location is very near to galataport istanbul and by walk 7 minutes
By 30 minutes walk you reach to emininou and bridge
Also its so near to taksim only you need to be fit to go up to reach the square

Only they need to make a change and have more options breakfast
