Great place to stay. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel rooms could use a little updating.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. The people who work there are super friendly. Special shoutout to Atwan and the lady in charge of housekeeping. Air conditioning was very cold and the beds were very comfortable. Shower is hot and strong. I stayed in 3 different hotels during this trip and the beds and shower in this hotel were better than the other 2.

Cons:

Property is a bit dated. The hallway carpet needs to be changed. The hallway air conditioning should be on the entire week. The toilet seat wasn't the correct size for the toilet and there wasn't a soap dish in the shower. The lock to our room worked too well. I struggled to open it even with the key, the door jamb seemed damaged.

Wonderful stay as always!!
Pros:

Staff are very kind and helpful. We were treated as family.Room was immaculate. Very comfortable bed. Great Shabbat meals! Wonderful stay as always!

Hotel looks really old. Hotel was empty, and kept dark most of the time.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Good location,near to light rail.
Pros:

Breakfast was nicely presented, fresh and tasty.
Facilities were clean. Linen and towels were fresh.
Was lovely having a lounge area in the bedroom.

Cons:

The cement chips in the walls and skirting in the corridors need to be fixed. The public carpets could do with deep cleansing.
