Cons:

As toalhas novas não eram colocadas dobradas na cama, mas penduradas no banheiro. Tivemos a impressão no primeiro dia de que não foram trocadas por isso... Também não havia especificação no booking de que o pagamento das tarifas do hotel com cartão (tarjeta), têm adicional de 5%. Preço dado pelo booking, só se pago em dinheiro vivo (efectivo).

we stayed for 1 hour before asking for a refund for 5 days and they only charged us for 1 night. they were very kind

Loš i oskudan doručak, nema tople vode u slavini u kupaonici, launch paket koji su nam dali za ponijeti na ranojutarnje izlete bio je također oskudan (krekeri, javuka, sok).

The staff here were fantastic. I asked for extra pillows which was no problem and they also had a hair dryer. They made up packed lunches on days we had early morning starts for activities. It is very secure.

Cons:

We did not like the street it was on, it seemed a bit of the beaten track and it was surrounded by a lot of (stray?) dogs who barked through the night keeping us up. There is no sound proofing in the rooms, we could hear other guests and people on the street. The curtains are very thin, leaving a lot of light in. The WiFi only worked in certain parts of the room.

Le personnel était fantastique, gentil, aimable et prêt à nous aider à tout moment. Endroit très propre. Super télé avec netflix. Petit déjeuner avec tout le nécessaire.
