Pésima actitud de empleados
Pros:

Llegamos a las 7 am, estaban 3 trabajadores platicando, y solo dijeron que las habitaciones estaban en mantenimiento y no podríamos quedarnos ahí, la actitud de los 3 fue pésima y que apenas iban a mandar msjs para decir que no podríamos quedarnos ahí, realmente se sacó la reservación con anticipación y no sé vale que jueguen con el tiempo de las personas que venimos a visitar y conocer neste bello estado.

Cons:

La actitud de los empleados pésima, del hotel Inbed, solo dijeron que podíamos ir a otro hotel del mismo dueño y quedaba a unos 40 min, (la reservación se hizo en este hotel porque teníamos un evento deportivo en el poliforum y nos quedaba cerca.

Recepcionista Ana descortés.

Las instalaciones de lo mejor, es un hotel nuevo y funcional.

Cons:

El trato inicial de la recepcionista de nombre Ana, se molesto porque llegamos al rededor de las 6pm. Diciéndonos que es la última vez que nos aguanta la reservacion a esa hora... cuando ya vía telefónica con otra recepcionista (muy amable) habíamos acordado que no había problema con llegar a las 7pm, ya que el método de pago que uso es TDC. Fue muy descortés desde el primer momento, posiblemente estaba molesta por algo más pero se desquito con nosotros.
