5 éjszaka alatt nem sikerült se fel mosni se porszívózni a szobát.
Különben rendben volt már többször voltunk itt.

Registratūros darbuotojas nesupranta ir nenori suprasti kitų kalbų,tik bulgarų.tualetas praleidžia ir vandenį ir dujas iš kanalizacijos.kreipiausi į receptūrą,bet nieko nesutvarkė.prašiau kito kambario,-nedavė,nors laisvų buvo daug.

Разочароващо място. Съотношение цена-качество.
Cons:

Заплатих за трима, а получих стая за двама. Допълнително легло се сложи на третия ден. В стаята имаше ужасен шум от ел.инсталацията над вратата. Говорих с персонала, казаха, че ще погледнат но нямаше промяна. Разликата между стая за двама и стая за трима беше влизо 200€, а реално стаята е една и съща- с две легла. Беше заредена за двама. След като говорих с персонала добавиха още един комплект с кърпи. На следващия ден получихме и още една възглавница. А на последващия вече и допълнително разтегателно легло.

Хотелът е с добра локация. Стаята беше чиста. Персоналът любезен и отзивчив. Закуската беше вкусна. Беше тихо и спокойно, а покрай басейна изключително приятно. Благодарим!

Okay, but not the greatest.
Pros:

The room was excellent, nice and large and very comfortable with a sizeable balcony. The breakfast was an excellent buffet with a good choice of food, but their coffee was yuck! We had it once but never again, so we had tea instead. The price for the room was most reasonable, and included a good breakfast. The rooms and grounds were kept spotless by the cleaning staff.

Cons:

The bin for used toilet paper did not have a working lid so it stayed open and one had to suffer the stink from it! The Wi-Fi was unavailable more often than it was available. The location may be okay for some people, but not for us, as it was right on the main road with endless traffic noise. We far prefer to be in a quiet backstreet and much closer to the centre of Sunny Beach, near to T-Market etc. The swimming pool was so deep I had to stand on tip-toe to keep my nose above water when I was not swimming, so for Pat who is shorter than me it was necessary for her to hold onto a bar or the stainless steel steps when she was not swimming. Management seem to be absent more often than they are there, and the new guy on reception has a stock answer to any questions: "I don't know", and returns to gazing at his cellphone, or else he is absent from the reception area for long periods. Breakfast is supposed to be from 08h00 to 10h00, but they are seldom ready until around 08h10 or even later. Also they close the restaurant from 3 pm until 7 pm! That is just when they should be open as people are often returning to the hotel during that time and are in need of something to eat or drink. It is rather a long walk to get to the "free" beach (Yes, you actually have to pay in a great many places to be on a Black Sea beach in Bulgaria!), and a longer walk to the centre of Sunny Beach so it is best to catch the bus to the centre and pay the 1.60 Euro fare per person. There is just the one fare whether you travel for just one stop or for the entire length of the route! Bloody ridiculous!

W pokoju bylo glosno noca- lodowka bardzo glosno pracowala,czego nie slychac w dzien,ale w nocy jest problematyczne. Plus byl dzwiek wydobywajacy sie z okolic wlacznikow swiatla zaraz przy drzwiach.
Limitowana kawa w czasie sniadan, tylko jedna, kolejne platne.
