Please note the on-site restaurant is open from Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 23:00.

Pros:

Estaba cerca del centro de Huaraz a un paso.
Limpiaban la habitación todos los días.

Cons:

Para comenzar con las habitaciones al menos la que me tocó no se parecía a la foto que muestra está mucho más desgastada desde los techos con parches, rajaduras, la cortina estaba rota. Al ser un lugar de frío es importante que tenga secadoras de cabello, pregunté en recepción y la persona que me atendió solo me miró me dijo no voltio su rostro y siguió en la computadora y así cualquier pregunta no tenía una respuesta amable. Por lo que vi muchas personas van entonces si hay entrada de dinero para que poco a poco arreglen y mejoren el lugar. Experiencia regular.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la Plaza y el mismo centro, te permite moverte para hacer los diferentes Tours que uno quiera realizar, cerca de restarurantes, farmacias y otros servicios. sin embargo los fines de semana puede haber más ruido, por diferentes actividades del centro, como sugerencia sería interesante que haya una inversión en ventanas anti ruido, sería genial.

Cons:

Falta mejorar el servicio del personal, a veces les sobre pasa algún imprevisto y no resuelven tan rápido, sin embargo, siempre amables.

Cons:

La habitación, no había un tacho de basura en la habitación, no puedo botar mi basura (botellas, bolsa de papitas, galletas, entre otros) personal en el tacho del baño. Además, se demoraba mucho en salir el agua caliente del caño y la ducha. En el día 2, el agua caliente que salía del caño era marrón, no nos gustó ello.
