В номере ночная защелка не работает. Если с ребёнком находиться. Ребенок может спокойно выйти из номера

Pros:

Nous avons passé un bon séjour au Jumbaktas Astana Hotel.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié:
- son emplacement idéal au centre ville, qui facilite le déplacement.
- la qualité de l'accueil,
- la propreté irréprochable de la chambre,
- la diversité et l'excellente qualité du petit-déjeuner,
- la variété de soins de SPA et la piscine.
Nous remercions l'ensemble du personnel pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.

Cons:

Il nous a semblé que le service au restaurant était parfois un peu lent et que le personnel manquait parfois de dynamisme. Cette remarque n'a toutefois pas entaché la qualité globale de notre séjour.

Très mitigé pour un 4 étoiles
Pros:

La chambre était vraiment très très spacieuse, c’était même une suite carrément avec un salon entier à l’intérieur

Cons:

Plusieurs éléments ont rendu notre séjour mitigé :
- pas assez de rideaux dans la chambre donc on est réveillé très tôt
- le nettoyage est très moyen : nous avons retrouvé une cigarette à côté de notre lit
- une odeur de fumée de cigarette dans la chambre assez prenante et très dérangeante pour des non fumeurs
- PDJ : nous avons demandé le service du PDJ dans notre chambre car nous partions avant l’ouverture du restaurant - PDJ. Nous avons rempli une feuille en cochant ce que l’on souhaitait. Presque rien a été respecté.
- SPA : nous voulions allez au spa mais des claquettes (tongs ?) étaient obligatoires. Mon mari n’en avait pas et on lui a dit d’en acheter à l’accueil (20€ la paire de claquettes) ce que nous n’avons pas fait donc nous n’avons pas pu entrer au spa et cela est mentionné nulle part. Même lors du check in cela n’est pas mentionné.

Как только зашли запах старого дома,кажется запах старого ковралана,нас спасал включенный кондер который как то сбивал запах перед моим носом))Если была бя возможность вернуть деньги и уйти,я бы ушла.

Стандарт номер просторный, высокие потолки, душевая просторная.

Cons:

Фен перестал работать, не починили за все время проживания и не принесли другой фен. Два раза просили. Ресепшн не передаёт смену новый ресепшн не в курсе того что вчера просили. Чайника не было, на завтраке нет кофе машины, молоко не вкусное, не следят за тем что закончилось позже придёшь половина столов пустая. Работают студенты наверно опыта не хватает...спа платное, в спа душно. Для персонала оставил сообщение на пакете))) чтобы хоть следующий гость не пострада)))
