Расположение хорошее, есть курилка на каждом этаже отеля, огромный номер и хороший вид. Две подушки разной плотности. Разрешили похранить вещи при выезде

Cons:

Нас заселилось два человека, тапочки, полотенца и другие расходники (щетка, мыло и так далее) были на одного человека.
На одном из полотенец были чьи-то сопли фууу. В душевой на полу были лобковые волосы. Краска на стене в ванной вот-вот отвалится. Очень слабый напор воды в душевой, смеситель в душе держится на соплях и было страшно, что когда будешь включать воду, он отвалится. При заселении нам сказали, что бассейн работает, с утра нам в бассейне сказали, что бассейн не работает.
Не работал телевизор.
Местные сказали, что мы очень дорого сняли номер (60000т на сутки с завтраками). При этом, на букинге номер был дешевле, чем когда я напрямую уточнил стоимость у отеля по вотсапу, там мне сказали 75000т.

Kahvaltı içeriği azdı. Yöresel olabilir ama Türkiye'dekilerle kıyaslanacak bir kahvaltı yoktu.

Cons:

В спа при отеле не пускают детей до 13 лет даже в сопровождении родителей. Взрослые обязаны иметь право себе резиновые сланцы. Отель подуставший, цена не соответствует. Персонал живет своей жизнью.в номере есть вода и кофе, но нет ни одной чашки. Не рекомендую от слова совсем.

Обслуживание

Cons:

Брали одну двуспальную кровать, по факту просто 2 односпальные поставили рядом и застелили. В итоге спать не комфортно, проваливаешся в дырку между кроватями

Езжайте в отель подешевле или подороже в обои случае хуже не будет !

Cons:

Думал больше не приеду. Абсурд - фитнес зал только по талону один раз в соседнем здании , спа в другом здании платно за четверть стоимости номера! На завтраке не работала кофе машина. Номера не продуманные нет розеток у стола для чайника и ноутбука
