Gute Lage, nettes kleines Appartement für einen Kurzaufenthalt, freundliche Chef - Leute

Cons:

Tiefgarage - kaum Platz für ein etwas größeres Auto, geschweigedenn einen Anhänger.
Aber wir konnten beim Schwesternhotel mit Auto und Anhänger parken (ca 1km entfernt)

Pros:

Location was perfect for exploring this side of Garda. Apartment had everything we needed for a short stay, the owners were nice and helpful. They even provide bikes to rent for free.

Scarso e molto sporco

posizione buona, proprietari gentili e disponibili

Cons:

Appartamento purtroppo molto sporco e pieno di polvere: appena arrivati ho dovuto passare la scopa. Asciugamani insufficienti e solo un rotolo di carta igienica già iniziato, abbiamo dovuto comprare carta igienica e scottex al supermercato. Presenti diversi insetti (ragni, formiche) e in camera abbiamo trovato anche una cimice morta sotto sedie e poltrone, dove la polvere era evidente. Piatti e posate sporchi dai soggiorni precedenti, anche se le stoviglie erano numerose.
Il tappetino della doccia era molto sporco e non era fornito bagnoschiuma. Il piatto doccia era danneggiato: l’acqua usciva da un buco con rischio di allagare il bagno. La prima sera mancava anche l’acqua calda.
Problemi anche con il garage sotterraneo: il codice per uscire non funzionava e il mio compagno ha dovuto aspettare ore prima che venisse aperto, con disagio dovendo andare al lavoro. Appartamento molto rumoroso e, essendo al piano terra, poca privacy perché non si possono tenere le tende aperte.
Proprietari gentili e disponibili, ma purtroppo le condizioni dell’appartamento non sono adeguate. Soggiorno spesso a Malcesine, ma questa struttura non la consiglio.

Pros:

Wir hatten nie zuvor solch tolle Gastgeber! Nach unserem Autounfall am 1. Tag wurde uns angeboten, uns zu gewissen Attraktionen zu fahren. Wir bekamen ein größeres Apartment kostenneutral, da es zu dieser Zeit nicht belegt war. Wir durften Fahrräder kostenfrei nutzen, was leider aufgrund des Wetters nicht möglich war. Am Abreisetag wurden wir vom Gastgeber 1h bis Rovereto zum Bahnhof gefahren. In der heutigen Zeit einfach nur unfassbar lieb und außergewöhnlich!! Tausend Dank 🙂

Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage keine 800m zu Fuß zum nächsten Supermarkt und Bäckerei. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt...

Und eine Herrliche Aussicht 😀

Cons:

- Die Garagen Einfahrt sehr steil leider 😕
- es sollten auch Bilder von den Apartments im Erdgeschoss eingestellt werden

Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage

inaspettata bellezza della piccola Malcesine
Pros:

Piscina con vista su lago, spazio esterno dedicato, biciclette ad uso gratuito a disposizione, buona dotazione dell'alloggio, posizione.

Cons:

igiene accessori cucina, ache se non utilizzati; bagno piccolo, no bidèt e molta umidità senza finestre.
