La qualité d équipement et la propreté de la chambre

Le fait que dans le descriptif de l hotel il soit mentionné qu il y ait une plage alors que pas du tout..Le bord de mer est envahi de gravats et de déchets

الفيو رائع، الهدوء في عز السيزون رائع، السعر رائع، مساحة جيدة مخصصة لنزلاء الفندق وده شيء رائع

الفطار أقل من العادي، في مطعمين في المنتجع مطعم فندق لامير سيء أكلت منه رز وفراخ الرز تقريبا معمول بماية البيسين طعمه كلور والفراخ مش مستوية. كويس، مطعم فور سيزون أكلت من عنده اسوأ بيتزا أكلتها في حياتي لدرجة وهي بتتعمل كنا شامين ريحة بتنجان مخلل اتفاجئنا انها ريحتها.

برغم من طيبة وحسن معاملة الاستاف إلا ان في تفرقة في الخدمات والمعاملة لما يكون النزيل رتبة لأن الفندق والمنتجع بالكامل تبع الشرطة.

very comfortable stay
Pros:

Our stay at Amwaj Hotel in Alexandria was very comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is clean, well-organized, quiet, and the room was very spacious and comfortable.

The staff service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond to our requests, which made our stay even more pleasant.

Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would be happy to stay here again.

Cons:

The only downside was the Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the internet connection did not reach our room, so we had to go to the reception area whenever we needed to use the internet.

Pros:

Staff members were great! Security level of the hotel were excellent so you feel secured and sleep without any stress

Cons:

Location is faraway from town so you don’t have supermarket or restaurant near to the hotel. You should use car to go from-to hotel!

Pros:

The staff was very nice, however most of them didn't speak english, which caused some misunderstandings. They were really helpful though, brought me breakfast to my room. :)
