Gran Alojamiento lejos del centro.
Pros:

Gran tamaño de habitaciones. con habitaciones y una gran sala.
2 grandes piscinas muy limpias. Es una pena no haber podido utilizarlas por el frio.

Overpriced for the quality offered, poor service, bad Wi-Fi, basic breakfast, and poor maintenance.
Cons:

We paid more than double than in our previous accomodation in Egypt but the service, at this hotel, was less than half the quality.
Quality of service is low and the hotel lacks maintenance, particularly the bathroom.
Bathroom floor was dirty when we arrived and we weren't provided with hand nor feet towels. One single toilet papel roll was provided in the bathroom for multiple night stays.
Wi-fi was horrible. Didn't work most of the time.
Breakfast was very basic, even a simple coffee needed to be ordered and paid as an extra.
The majority of the hotel staff was very unqualified and lacking hospitality. If you speak arabic, maybe you will get a better service, but for foreigners I do not recommend.
Suffices for a one night stay but very much below expectations.

Pros:

Отличный отель с красивым видом на море. При заселение дали тарелку с шоколадом. Отдельно хочется отметить сотрудника Хасана. Знает русский язык, помог заказать ужин в номер и разменять доллары на фунты❤️

Pros:

Hôtel très propre. Chambres spacieuses et bien équipées.

Cons:

Hôtel situé très loin du centre d'Alexandrie. Le café était payant au petit déjeuner ce qui nous a beaucoup surpris.
