Pros:

Прекрасное местоположение - буквально 100 метров до пляжа (на обратном пути нужно пройтись немного вверх, но не очень много). Благодаря этому в номерах, которые выходят на море - прекрасный вид. Рядом есть небольшие магазины и рестораны. Номер просторный, есть холодильник, небольшая кухонная поверхность.

Cons:

Не очень удобно, что вода с душа льётся прямо на пол в ванной. Соответственно после принятия душа весь пол в ванной комнате будет залит водой. Но такое часто встречается в Албании, видимо это местная традиция.

Piękny widok na morze, polecam to miejsce.
Pros:

Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel. Super lokalizacja z pięknym widokiem na morze. Spacerem 2 min do plaży. W pokoju czysto, fajnie że było gdzie zaparkować auto. Polecam.

Donkeys, ponies etc.
Pros:

The view from the fourth floor apartment is stunning. You're right behind the beach, you could walk and be in the sea in minutes. I enjoyed the variety of animals we saw strolling along the road by the shore.
At the end of September it's very peaceful as most businesses are closing for the season, or have already shut. (Some people would like that and some people wouldn't!)
I got the impression that even in high season there would still be plenty of free space on the beach.

It looks like there are some big hotel complexes being built so perhaps next year or in 2027 things will feel different in Borsh.

Cons:

The only thing I missed was a wardrobe to hang up my clothes.
I wouldn't recommend the apartment for people with mobility issues as there's no lift.

Pros:

Struttura situata in una posizione eccellente vicinissima al mare, ristoranti vicini dove abbiamo mangiato ottimo pesce. White hotel lo consiglio per chi deve soggiornare a Borsh le camere spaziose e pulitissime noi eravamo un gruppo di undici persone ci siamo trovati bene .... l'assistenza del proprietario Tony è stata fantastica in ogni esigenza.

Cons:

Nulla da segnalare struttura al top.

Good place, can recommend
Pros:

Fresh and the pictures are accurate. Restauants close by. A bit bumpy (but not hilly) dirt road from the main road, but just take it slow and its no issues. Very nice balcony view

Cons:

Even tho only a few apartment's were rented the parking space were full so don't expect to fit in the private parking. The host is however very helpful trying to sort the parking out. As other reviews, a bit of a hill just to be aware, but not far. Noicy refrigerator. No shower curtains and almost over the toilet so it will be wet but not a big issue.
