직원들이 친절하게 잘 해 주었습니다. 처음 신청한 방이 너무 작았지만 큰 방으로 바꾸어주었습니다. 공항무료픽업과 샌딩도 좋았습니다.
아침 식사를 주문하고 30분을 기다려야 했습니다. 식사는 맛있었지만 너무 오래 기다려야 했어요. 17 sqm 크기의 방은 너무 작았습니다.

Hotellet ligg nær flyplassen. Etter fire veker på tur i Nepal var det godt å vere her og førebu oss på den lange turen heimatt. Vi fekk eit oppgradert rom med balkong. Rommet var stort og behagelig å vere i. Restauranten i øvste etasje har takterasse og vi spiste både frukost, lunsj og middag her. Nydeleg mat og veldig god service! Flyet vårt var tidleg og hotellet hadde ordna med bil til flyplassen. Vi kan anbefale dette hotellet det var godt å vere her!
It’s very close to the airport, making it very close very convenient to transit the next day early
The pickup didn’t organise very well, I waited at the pickup for more than 25 mins, while the driver just sitting at the outdoor Carpark. I had to constantly hassle the front desk to arrange it, he just assumed it’s done.
Very close to the airport (10 minute walk). Seemed rather clean with nice staff. Very much worth the price.
Hotellet er nær flyplassen og vi landa seint i Kathmandu. Vi bestilte pick-up og sjåføren venta på oss med våre namn på eit skilt. Veldig greitt når ein kjem fram til eit land ein ikkje har vore i før. Hotellet har flott restaurant i øvste etasje. Flott utsikt over Katmandu. Vi spiste frukost, lunsj og middag her og maten var veldig god og god atmosfære. Vi gjekk turar i området og her var også ein ATM. For oss ein grei måte å starte ein fire vekers opphald i Nepal.

The property was clean and in a good location.
Staff and managers behaviours towards guests is so rude, condescending and gaslighting and their reviews are absolutely fake. Out of the 6 nights we stayed here, 3 of them we did not have any warm or hot water for showers. We had to shower with a bucket and a mug during our stay at a hotel that is meant to be “luxurious and comfortable” and expensive. We notified them nicely twice and they said they would fix it but on the 3rd night when we talked to the receptionist and manager and told them we are not satisfied with the amount of money we are paying only to have no hot water and we would like a discount on our stay they tried to blame us by saying “you don’t know how to turn the water on; it’s not our fault and we can’t do anything about it” After a lot of back and forth they agreed to give us a 5000rupees discount when we check out. When we went to check out they told us they won’t give us the “discount” until we give them a 5 star / full review for the hotel. We stated we would and we are running late to get to the airport but they said they would not do it because otherwise the discount is not worth it for them. They made us wait until the official booking.com checkout time and tried to submit a 10/10 review from my phone themselves however they did not finish the process so now I have written the truthful review. The treatment we have gotten for the reception and the managers here is atrocious. Instead of accepting their mistakes they blame their guests and engineer good reviews from them. I would not believe ANY of the 5 star reviews from guests for this property because they for sure did the same thing to other guests and forced them to write good reviews for them in order to get a refund for their terrible stay.
