Location! Close to everything we needed in Seminyak but no street noise. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool 10/10😊

Pros:

Great location, friendly staff and extremely peaceful. Plenty of restaurants out on the street and the beach a 10 minute walk down the road. Would definitely stay there again. Loved the new spa too.

Because of the humidity smell in the room I was obliged to cancel my stay.

Room dirty, mouldy and smelly. Washroom sinks leaking, dirty sheets and smelly pillows. The mattress is also uncomfortab

The rooms are very old, furniture dated, bed is not comfortable and the sheets had marks and and pillows had an odour. The walls have seepage and moulds, I experienced bed bugs, I was told they could change the room but as the property is old the problem is across the hotel I believe. I had booked for 2 nights, fully paid but left after one horrible night.

The location can’t be beaten in my opinion!
Pros:

Location was fantastic, easy walk to the beach and shops, breakfast was simple but good, great air condition to keep you cool in your room. The day spa salon on site was really excellent too.

Cons:

The pool had a few cracks tiles which caused a couple of cuts.

Pros:

The rooms were a great size, they had the King size bed and also a two seater couch and a single chair with a coffee table. The bathroom was big with a seperate shower and another one over the bath. The Balcony was a good size with two big comfy chairs and a small coffee table. There was also a drying rack to hang wet clothes and there was still plenty of room

Cons:

The water Pressure was a little light on. The breakfast was very basic and there was no bar, but they had a fridge with water beer and coke which you could purchase.

Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was amazing. Tucked away up a side street and surrounded with beautiful gardens. Only 2 minutes from all the hustle and bustle and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Spacious rooms and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice, but very very basic compared to the surrounding restaurants that offer exquisite meals cheaper. Not saying their food was expensive, just the choice of what was available for the price. Pool was great. Just not enough sun beds as we had the same people using the sun beds the entire 10 days and were there hours on end. We lay on the grass some days . I would definitely stay again .

Cons:

We had to change rooms the first day we got there. It was extremely mouldy and the smell was unforgiving. There was no way we could have slept or stayed in there. The staff were extremely helpful and understanding. We were moved to an upper level room which was amazing. But I have to say the bathroom needs a good scrub. The mould in the shower and the filthy bathroom walls in my opinion let the whole place down. We asked them to give it a clean, but it was only the floor that was mopped. We showered with our thongs on. It needs a good exit mould spray on the tiles and a good scrub of the walls.
Stained dirty decor cushions on beds . We removed them and hid them so the cleaner wouldn’t put them back on our beds.
