Pros:

Am stat 4 nopți la Serai Hotel și am avut o experiență plăcută. Vrem să îi mulțumim în mod special lui Okan, recepționerul hotelului.

A fost mereu foarte amabil, zâmbitor și disponibil să ne ajute cu orice am avut nevoie. Ne-a oferit informații utile, ne-a răspuns la toate întrebările și ne-a făcut să ne simțim bineveniți pe toată durata șederii. Okan este un angajat dedicat și profesionist, iar astfel de oameni merită apreciați și recompensați pentru munca pe care o fac.

Per total, am avut o ședere frumoasă și îi mulțumim încă o dată lui Okan pentru profesionalismul și amabilitatea de care a dat dovadă.

Cons:

Ca sugestie de îmbunătățire, considerăm că micul dejun ar putea fi mai diversificat, iar camerele ar beneficia de câteva renovări și mici îmbunătățiri, deoarece unele elemente par puțin învechite.

Останавливались в данном отеле на 5 дней. Очень уютный, чистый номер, есть всё необходимое. Уборку делают каждый день. Завтраки вкусные. Основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. В пяти минутах трамвайная линия Т1.
Хочется выразить благодарность сотрудникам ресепшена Сюзанне и Энгину за качественную работу, вежливость и готовность помочь в любой ситуации. Однозначно советую.

Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό ότι και αν χρειαστήκαμε ήταν πάντα με το χαμόγελο και είχαν πάντα μτην πρόθεση να μας εξυπηρετήσουν !!πολλα μπράβο σε όλα τα παιδιά που δουλεύαν στην υποδοχή!!!!και ξεχωριστά στον οκαν που μας βοήθησε πολύ σε ότι του ζητήσαμε!

Vraiment ça s'est bien passé et c'était facile d'accès. Le réceptionniste du nom de ENGINE a été très chaleureux et très accueillant on a longuement discuté. C'est une personne à part entière très ouvert

We had a wonderful 7-day stay at this hotel and were very happy with our experience.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Our room was cleaned every day, and we always felt comfortable during our stay. The breakfast was good, with a sufficient selection of food to start the day.

We would especially like to thank the reception staff. Susanna, Okan, and Ongen were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with any questions or requests. Their excellent English and professional attitude made our stay even more enjoyable.

Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality. We would be happy to stay here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Hotel piccolo ,ma molto gradevole e accogliente. Posizione centralissima, per mezzi e attrazioni raggiungibili a piedi. Susane alla reception, ci ha accolto ogni giorno con il sorriso ,tanta gentilezza e disponibilità per tutto. Colazione è turca, salata e dolce, molto buona. Consigliatissimo come hotel, e se ritornerò a Istanbul, ritornerò in questo hotel.

Bizim odamız biraz ufaktı, ama iki kişi gayet rahat konaklayabilirsiniz- fiyatına göre otel de kahvalyısı da baya iyiydi. Tranvaya çok yakım heryere kolay ulaşabilirsiniz

Excellent in every way.
Pros:

It is clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good. Changeable daily. Staff is very very kind, cheerful land helpful. It’s near Grand Bazar and all the objectives. Wi-Fi very good, air conditioning very good.
