Det är ett familjärt hotell, med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukost var riktigt gott. Läget är centralt.
Vi gick en uppdatering till familjesviten vilket var uppskattat.

Hôtel un peu ancien, mais les avantages priment sur les regrets.
Pros:

Avantages de l'hôtel: situation excellente dans le centre de Coblence; grandes chambres (22m2); excellent petit déjeuner; personnel prévenant et agréable; garage sous-terrain à 150m, facile d'accès (public mais directement géré par le personnel à l'accueil de l'hôtel); un excellent restaurant (le Buffalo) juste à côté de l'hôtel (faut réserver!).

Cons:

manque d'un petit salon genre bistrot pour prendre un verre (étonnant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie); problème d'étanchéité de la douche; malheureusement vue de la chambre (211) sur une cour arrière et un grand mur. Globalement un peu cher.

Man bekommt nicht das was man erwartet.

Die zentrale Lage und das Personal im Frühstücksraum

Cons:

Das die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht funktionierte, der Kühlschrank der die Minibar sein sollte, man nich anschließen konnte, der Tresor defekt war und nicht funktionierte, des Weiteren konnte man ihn so entwenden, da er nicht fest gemacht war.

Im Badezimmer wurde nicht richtig gereinigt, es waren Flecken von unseren Vorgänger dort.
In der Lobby, Blumen mit so einen starken Geruch standen, der sehr unangenehm war.
