Enjoyable stay overall
Pros:

What we liked about the accommodation:
- Our room and the adjoining private bathroom were clean and quiet, matched the description and pictures, and had lovely retro décor.
- The in-room amenities included a fridge, a microwave oven and electric kettle; on top of that, there is a spacious and comfortable kitchen/living room next door where we could prepare meals.
- The owner was very friendly and responsive.
- It was possible to park our car on the property.
- While the location is not exactly central on the map, walking to the center takes less time than you might expect.

Cons:

Please note: what I’m describing below may only affect you in winter. Don’t hesitate to book this accommodation in summer, spring, or early autumn.
- Heating in our room was provided by air conditioning and a space heater; there was no radiator in the room. This may also be the case for other rooms in the part of the house that is rented out, although I’m not certain. The two devices together did a fairly good job on a cold, snowy night in December, but it’s not quite the same level of comfort as central heating, as you need to control the temperature manually and move the space heater around.
- In the morning, when we turned on both the space heater and the electric kettle, the power went out (the circuit breaker tripped). We’re sure the owner would have been able to fix this easily, but we were about to leave and didn’t want to bother them.

Eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Parken im Hof möglich. Das Appartement war gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Bequemes Bett

Cons:

Leider sehr laut, da Lage direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße.
Das Schlafzimmer war nur über eine extrem steile Treppe (fast Leiter) erreichbar. Schwierig wenn man nachts zur Toilette nach unten muss ...
