Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and stay in Brique Hotel Chiang Mai.
Pros:

Swimming pool, room layout and the magnificent view. It's accessible to Big-C , Festival plaza, 7-eleven etc., Breakfast is good.

Cons:

Would be happier, if there is an exhaust fan in the bath room.

Location. But that is only because it was near where I specifically wanted to be.

Cons:

The bed and pillow are too soft. The lighting in the room is too dim. Shower facilities are very basic. The bath towels are OLD!

Pros:

I liked the pool, it had an awesome view and was very clean. The rooms were clean and the air-conditioning was good.

Cons:

The lighting in the rooms wasn't very good, especially in the bathroom. Also, we found it difficult to get Grabs from the hotel, as it was out of the main city.

Nice rooms. Comfy bed. Great shower.

Cons:

Quite noisy from rooms above. No smart TV. Breakfast was not the best. Although there was a bar it didn’t look to be open. No restaurant apart from breakfast, I think. Front desk staff were pretty average, although polite. Hardly any communication. Tried to extend stay but was very hard to be accomodated so moved to another hotel. Were going to charge me double which to me is not worth it.
