Herzliche Gastgeber, sehr feines Essen, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Überaus freundliche Gastgeber, die das Hotel mit Liebe und Herzblut führen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Abendessen war sehr fein, schöne Wellnessanlage, sie haben bei Regenwetter die Ablage schon am Morgen eingeschaltet, super Frühstück, freundliches Personal.

Area wellness eccezionale:sauna,bagno turco,sauna infrarossi, all’esterno piscina, avvappatoio e telo bagno,Tutto compreso. Colazione ricca e varia. Ottimo ristorante interno con prezzi nella media. Struttura con attività di ballo e ginnastica al mattino(apposito salone),gentilezza del personale. Hotel incastonato tra i monti con bel panorama

Pros:

Die Besitzer und das Personal äusserst freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Essen im Restaurant sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros:

Sind leider nur eine Nacht da gewesen, nächstes Mal gerne länger 🙂 Wir hatten ein Kleinkind dabei und daher ein paar Sonderwünsche, denen ohne Komplikationen und total freundlich nachgekommen wurde.
Personal ist super freundlich. Danke nochmals.
Zimmer waren picobello sauber und ordentlich.
Der Fernseher auf der 17 konnte keine Internetverbindung herstellen. Dadurch musste unser Großer uns etwas besser kennen lernen. 😅🤣

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, saubere, geräumige Zimmer. Schöner Blick über Velden und auf die Berge von der Terrasse aus. Sehr gutes Frühstück, man bekommt alles was man braucht. Auch das Abendessen im Restaurant hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Darüber hinaus sehr nette und familienfreundliche Gastgeber. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Kurzaufenthalt.

Cons:

Der "Fußweg" in den Ort nach Velden führt über eine relativ stark befahrene Straße, dafür können die Gastgeber aber natürlich nichts.

Ci è stato assegnato un upgrade facendoci alloggiare in una suite con ogni comfort e una terrazza con panorama mozzafiato.

Cons:

È un parere estremamente personale e non è la prima volta che lo riscontriamo dopo tanti soggiorni in Austria ma per noi il materasso era un po' troppo rigido.

Pros:

It's a very nice location with great view and relaxed atmosphere. Ideal for people with children cause they have a playground and swimming pool. It can get very warm during the day in summer but that's not a big issue.

Also zu diesem Hotel muss ich sagen alles perfekt wie Geräte halt kaputt gehen können war unser Kühlschrank zu diesem Zeit defekt innerhalb von einer Stunde stand ein neuer Kühlschrank im Zimmer ich bin begeistert von diesem Hotel super Personal super Leute Daumen hoch
