Pros:

Excellent services. Beautiful architecture. The property is surrounded by beautiful trees, plants and flowers and seems peaceful. Surrounding maintained clean. Breakfast and dinner were also fresh and tasty. Enjoyed coffee in the birthplace of coffee. Thank you for your valued services.

Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

We did booking for 2 nights and it was confirmed booking but upon reaching the hotel they told room is available only for 1 night. After some time for the same room they asked to pay 1500 extra for another night. We had to look for another hotel at the last minute because of their greediness. Room was also not clean and the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. I would not recommend this place, rather book some homestays on the hills which give better view and price is also cheaper.

First, the resort is very clean and well maintained and very suitable for family and friends and must go choice and surely u feel feel at home.second, the service provided by staffs are awesome and much satisfied.
