Abbiamo ricevuto una mail di booking in mattinata che il check in sarebbe stato possibile dalle 14
Alle 19 siamo arrivati e sulla porta c'era un biglietto con un numero di telefono da chiamare. Numero a cui nessuno rispondeva. Ho contattato allora il numero sul sito, e mi ha risposto un signore gentile che non lavora più li da due anni che mi ha indicato un altro numero, a cui pure qui nessuno rispondeva
Fortunatamente passava di lì un ospite che ci ha indicato in quale hotel andare (l'anno scorso almeno era indicato). Abbiamo fatto quindi il check in e sorpresa: 2 camere su tre non erano state preparate. Lo abbiamo detto e dopo un ora siamo potuti entrare (con una presenza di polvere sotto i letti e capelli in bagno... Io sono pelato!!)
La.mattina dopo sono stato ricontattato per ulteriori spiegazioni e SORPRESA hanno messo un cartello dove fare il check-in (non era complicato metterlo prima..)
Tralascio altri episodi spiacevoli accaduti durante il soggiorno ma rispetto al trattamento di un anno fa siamo anno luce lontani e non torneremo più

I sorrisi e la gentilezza del personale

Cons:

La struttura andrebbe migliorata per la coibentazione dei rumori all' interno delle stanze, dei vani scale e dei pavimenti, per diminuire i disturbi causati dal calpestio e dal vociferare delle persone, inoltre abbiamo avuto un problema specialmente di notte, causato da l malfunzionamento di un dispositivo di ricarica della acqua dell' impianto antincendio, il quale provocava un rumore non forte ma comunque fastidioso.

Arrivati alle 17.30 , c hanno consegnato le chiavi ma abbiamo trovato le camere ancora da lavare e pulire.
Sulla porta non era indicato dove dovevamo fare il check-in, era presente un numero di telefono di un ex collaboratore
Agli altri numeri non rispondeva nessuno: ma se uno ha un' urgenza anche di notte? Capisco che non è agosto...ma non è un servizio corretto
