Pros:

breakfast had two kind of options: Thai and Indian

but less variety to choose from.

Coffee machine was working but no one refills it once the ingredients finish. Also this review is never taken seriously I guess because i have read the same complaints from other guests as well. So everytime i went for breakfast, either I did not get coffee or my sister didn't get coffee. Milk provided was cold.
The food is not very warm even though put on heating.

Cons:

It was very unfortunate that the glass of the sliding door of my room cracked during my stay. It happened while we were away for a visit to a tourist spot. When we returned, we found the glass cracked, which we only reported to the reception. No inspection was done and we were asked to show the picture. Then it was reported to the management.
Next day i received a letter stating that I had to pay 4000 THB for the damage.

It was ridiculous. I went to the reception, so the lady asked me to speak with some Thai lady that comes in the morning. Next day after my trip, I again went to the reception, as a tiny portion of the glass had broken, again while we were out. Again i was asked to speak with Thai lady the next day who comes in the morning. Only the housekeeping was sent to clean the glass.

The next day (4th June) when i had to check out, I tried to explain the situation to the Thai lady, but no one was ready to understand. I had checked on the internet that these kind of cracks are thermal cracks and not humanly possible (the pattern of the crack was not possible due to a mechanical pressure). I tried to show the pictures from the internet that this is a thermal crack and not humanly possible, as a crack due to human is a circular one, not end to end crack on the glass.

But no one listened, no one checked for the error and ultimately i was made to pay 3000 THB (that also i had to negotiate because as a tourist, i was carrying limited budget). 500 THB security money also went into that that means i paid 3500 THB for that silly crack, which we did not even cause.

This was such a bad experience and ruined the entire trip to Pattaya. The lady i spoke too tried to put it on me that we may have caused it while pulling the chair or hitting the glass with something.

My lesson:
1. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
2. No one listens for the damage done due to environmental reason.
3. Not every staff is polite here.

Kahvaltı denilen durumda sadece Hindistan ve Tayland bölgesine ait yemekler çıkmıştı pis kokuyordu bir kere kahvesi bile içilecek gibi değildi yani

งง ทำมั้ย Info ไม่มีคนไทยพูด ดีที่มาจากต่างประเทศ พูดอังกฤษได้คือ ต้องใช้ อังกฤษในการชื่อสาร แต่แบบไม่โอเค น้องๆ ไปติดต่อั้นนี้ คือแบบ ไม่ได้เรื่อง อันนี้ ควรปรับปรุงเป็นอย่างมากกกๆๆๆๆๆๆ มีคนไทย คนเดียวละไม่ได้อยู่ infoตลอด
คนอินเดีย เยอะมากละ ทำตัวไม่มีมารยาท เที่ยวมา 50+ประเทศ แค่ ที่นี้แย้มาก ครั้งเดียวพอคะ 🙈
