Muy céntrico
Pros:

La ubicación, es perfecta en pleno centro de Zermat y muy cerca de la estación de tren

Cons:

Nos dijeron que el desayuno era a las 7:30 y cuando bajamos ya había un grupo de asiáticos desayunando que habían arrasado con todo. Nos quejamos y nos dijeron que podíamos ir al día siguiente a las 6:45, que es cuando por lo visto bajaba ese grupo. El desayuno normalito, poca variedad y cantidad muy muy justa en los embutidos.

Cons:

Frühstück ab 7:30 für normale Gäste, gilt anscheinend nicht für asiatische Reisegruppen, dann sollte mindestens das Buffet für alle anderen Gäste ab 7:30 wieder aufgefüllt sein, Zeit genug wäre für das Personal gewesen, aber die Zwischenmenschliche Beziehungspflege auf der Terrasse steht über dem Service.

Dreamy cottage vibe in a fairytale land

We asked to extend or check out for a couple hours and they didn’t let us. Would have been nice as we were waiting for family

Perfect for your stay in Zermatt
Pros:

We had a junior suite with a view of the Matterhorn. The balcony was perfect. The room was big enough for 3 adults with lots of luggage. The breakfast was great. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the train station. Staff were friendly.

Pros:

We had a wonderful one-night stay here in June. The hotel was even better than we expected from the pictures when we booked it. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the location was perfect—just a short walk from the train station, the main shopping street, and the scenic riverside promenade. The renovated room and bathroom were finished to an exceptional standard (see my bathroom picture attached).

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. Everything was well organized and made our stay very enjoyable. It was definitely the best hotel of our week-long trip through Switzerland.

Overall, Hotel Elite offers great value, a beautiful atmosphere, and an outstanding guest experience. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zermatt!

Cons:

Breakfast was okay, but the room felt very old and looked like it could be over 100 years old. I arrived at 9:30 PM, and the front door was locked with no staff visible on site. I was connected to an employee through the intercom, but they could not understand English at all. It made the check-in process very difficult and left me wondering how the hotel is being operated. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

Pros:

Excellent location, staff, and facilities. Very much appreciate that we had an early train on our check-out day and they opened breakfast 30 minutes early to accommodate us. Highly appreciated.

Cons:

Other than a small elevator, not much to complain about. Actually added to the charm of the hotel.
