Отель новый, это все прекрасно ощущается в номере. Свежий ремонт , мебель и ванна 10/10. Было очень чисто. Сам номер был просторный и очень удобный. Много полок для хранения вещей, секция с плечиками для одежды, будуарный столик. Ванна просторная, свободная, большая душевая. На первом этаже в самом отеле есть кафе. Максимально удобное расположение! В 5 минутах ходьбы до главной площади. Рядом множество заведений и магазинов.

Cons:

Единственное , что не понравилось, это то, что мы нажимали кнопку «не беспокоить» , но когда вынимаешь карту (как потом выяснилось) - кнопка выключается и в номере все равно уберутся. Мы не хотели, чтобы в наше отсутствие заходили в номер. Не хватает табличек на дверь

Работа ресепшена просто лучшая, каждый день спрашивали какие у нас планы и давали советы куда сходить, когда нам нужно было что-то найти звонили и узнавали работает ли это место, так как были праздники. Очень приветливые, лучший ресепшн, что я видел. Съэкономили нам кучу времени. Расположение шикарное.

Cons:

Сейфы хлипкие, плохо работал. Завтрак можно сделать разнообразнее и он не в формате шведского стола.

Professional and helpful staffs, namely Ahmet, Yusof, the Azerbaijani young lad and the cleaning young lady. Hotel is located near the hagia Sophia, Blue mosque, topkapi palace and grand bazaar. The roads in that area are rather flat and the infrastructure is stroller-friendly. Despite it's location which is near to the main attractions, amazing cafe and restaurants, it is peaceful and quiet at night. The room is new and clean.

Overall, the hotel leaves a good impression. It's even worth considering for future trips. The breakfast is decent, but don't expect a buffet—you'll get a plate with everything you need. You won't go hungry. However, the hotel does charge extra for extra coffee. It's not about the money, but the principle. This spoils the overall impression a bit. There are some minor issues with the rooms, some broken or non-functional. The hotel should pay attention to these.
Special thanks to Ahmed, the receptionist. He's a great guy, helpful, and a pleasant conversationalist.

We stayed at the ERBA Hotel with my husband and were very satisfied with our stay! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cozy, with everything needed for a pleasant vacation. The hotel also has a great location, which was a big advantage for us. Special thanks to Ahmet for his kindness, attentiveness, and excellent service. Amazing hotel, staff and location
Pros:

Stayed here at start and end of our Turkey trip and really appreciated the location, amazing and very helpful staff, and great breakfast. It is a smaller hotel so felt more personable and rooms were newly refurbished
