10/10, loved it 😍
Pros:

Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is in a great central location, within walking distance of the Sultanahmet area and the Blue Mosque. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and tidy, and the area was quiet and had plenty of restaurants just outside. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Nothing. Everything was 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect for a short or long stay

Pros:

The location is good and a good place to visit the old city of Istanbul.
The rooms were clean, partly because they had just been renovated. There was a lot of lighting and it was bright.
I think they cleaned the room nicely.

It was in front of the elevator, so I could hear the elevator arriving, but I didn't mind the noise outside. (It is a small hotel, so almost every room is in front of the elevator.)

Cons:

Wifi was not very stable.

I felt the staff was proactive in their attempts to assist guests. I felt that was a good point, but I was disappointed in the restaurant recommendations.

We wanted to try a dish called Manti, so we asked the staff for a restaurant recommendation, and they recommended ŞATO's Restaurant and even offered to make a reservation for us. However, we had not yet made our plans for the day and we did not know what kind of restaurant it was, so we just asked the staff to let us know. （We were also given the contact information of the restaurant staff via WhatsApp.)

Since the recommended restaurant was open late at night and since they had recommended it to us, we went to the restaurant, but to our surprise, it was not on the menu. When I asked the restaurant staff, they told me that they had forgotten to put it on the menu... I was disappointed because I thought Manti was the signature dish. (I accept the criticism that Manti was a poor choice.)

The restaurant staff said they could make Manti, so we just ate it and left, since the charged water had already been poured. (To be fair, it was only 590 Lira for the two of us, 490 Lira for the Manti and 100 Lira for the water, but they served us a small baklava and a cup of chai).
The restaurant staff was friendly and by no means a bad restaurant. In fact, I would have been very happy to have received this kind of service in a restaurant that I entered unexpectedly, but my disappointment got the better of me.

Polecam zdecydowanie; może uda się znaleźć pokój bez głośnej klimatyzacji :)
Pros:

Przepiękna kamienica w centrum Stambułu, do najważniejszych zabytków można dotrzeć pieszo, na dalsze wycieczki - transport miejski w okolicy, pełno knajpek i kawiarni w odległości kilku minut.
Znakomita obsługa, serdeczna i pomocna, służy porada na każde zagadnienie dotyczące miasta.
Pokój duży i czysty.

Cons:

Bardzo głośna klimatyzacja, nie dało się spać ani z nią, ani bez niej

Отличный отель в центре Стамбула.
Pros:

Новый отель в самом центре Стамбула. Все близко, до всего несколько минут пешком. Номер совсем маленький, но с учетом того, что приходишь только переночевать - годится. Отличная работа дизайнера, видно что вложили душу и деньги в ремонт. Строители правда слегка подвели в качестве плюс кран в раковине течет, но это все мелочи;) Очень приятные впечатление от отеля и персонала плюс вкусный завтрак.

Cons:

Глобально все хорошо, есть досадные мелочи, типа сантехники. Но верю, что поправите. Сейф прикрутите и сделайте понятное с ним взаимодействие.

A wonderful choice for your stay in Istanbul!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Erba Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel is very cozy, clean, and well-maintained, making us feel at home from the first day.

The location is perfect – the tram station is just a short walk away, and all the main attractions are within easy reach, making it very convenient to explore Istanbul.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfasts were delicious, with a good variety of fresh and tasty food to start the day.

We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul!

Pros:

Chuveiro perfeito, atendimento tanto da manhã quanto a noite extremamente atencioso.
Sem dúvidas a disponibilidade dos atendentes é um diferencial. Além de quartos super novos e organizados. Perfeito, no coração do movimento.

Cons:

Na hora da chegada a rua estava fechada, então o taxi não conseguiu me deixar com as malas na porta. Zero culpa deles, mas sobre a localização é ótima, mas pode ter pontos para chegar a depender do dia e movimento.
